Role Description Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved, expected outcomes and project deliverables. - Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative. - Assign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plans. - Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required. - Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative. - Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders. - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship. - Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved. - Identify key requirements for cross functional teams and external vendors. - Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects. - Ensure team members are effectively onboarded onto projects. - Support planning, preparing, and conducting of project delivery ceremonies. - Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders. • Assist the Client Service team with day-to-day management of market research studies • Ensure all projects successfully complete on time, within budget and according to client specs • Execute end to end project related tasks including link setup, link testing, desk research, quality/audit checks • Address Support Team and other stakeholders’ requests in a timely manner • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines are understood • Host market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients and ensure interviews are conducted on time as planned • Build, update and track customized fielding plans for all projects as needed • Proactively seek alternative fieldwork strategies and find solutions to address response rates and costs • Manage and control of the partners on quantitative projects throughout the life cycle of the project • Support PMs with invoicing ensuring projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle. • Work directly with teams to setup and test survey links and redirects. • Prepare and send samples, conduct audit checks, manage inquiries. • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure clarity on specifications. • Manage relationships with vendors for timely deliverables and communications. • Monitor data collection quality to produce updates on project status. • Manage study profitability by accounting for project costs.

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-workstream engagements • Serve as a senior client-facing leader, providing strategic guidance, project oversight, and communication for senior leaders • Manage cross-functional stakeholders including pharmaceutical clients, vendors, internal SMEs, and executive sponsors • Establish and scale a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within Stratis Group • Mentor and develop Senior / Junior Engagement Managers and Project Managers
