Job Requirements
- Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
- Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method)
- Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English at B2 level or higher.

Description The Talent Acquisition (TA) Process & Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving process improvement, enablement, and operational initiatives that deliver efficiency and consistency across GM's Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) function. - Execute change management activities in support of talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, building training materials, QRGs, and tracking adoption. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leverage technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity, and support the optimization of the TA team's suite of tools and systems to meet hiring needs globally. - Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes. - Design and facilitate training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to operate consistently and effectively. - Bring forward data-informed recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function.
