• Installeren en plaatsen van APM’s op verschillende locaties in de regio. • Controleren of de locatie geschikt en veilig is voor installatie. • Uitvoeren van technische aansluitingen en controles. • Testen of de APM goed functioneert na installatie. • Signaleren en oplossen van praktische technische problemen. • Afstemmen met collega’s, locatiebeheerders en externe partijen. • Zorgdragen voor een nette oplevering van de installatie. • Registreren van werkzaamheden en bijzonderheden.
Job Requirements
- MBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Technische basiskennis of ervaring met installatiewerk.
- Rijbewijs B.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Basisvaardigheid met digitale systemen of apps voor werkregistratie.
- Een zelfstandige, betrouwbare en servicegerichte houding.

Senior Technician – Repower

• Work independently to perform all mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and retrofit activities. • Serve as the work scope or team leader for their respective work team. • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. • Lead mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic component installation, troubleshooting and repair. • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. • Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, technical support, and performance feedback.
Technician I – Repower
Deutsche WindtechnikIndependent full scope O&M provider for multibrand wind turbines technologies.
• Perform skilled technical work in support of our projects as well as providing leadership direction. • Work activities include the removal and installation of major components, electrical/mechanical retrofits, and commissioning activities. • A Technician I may also provide guidance to junior technicians and help ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. • Lead or support the execution of repower tasks including drivetrain replacements, electrical and/or mechanical upgrades, and system checks. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues encountered during repower work. • Perform electrical terminations, torquing, and verifications per upgrade procedures. • Utilize SCADA and other diagnostic tools for operational checks and post-repower validation. • Generate & complete all relevant paperwork, including work orders, checklists, JSAs etc. • Mentor other team members on tools, safety practices, and technical procedures. • Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines bringing skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics. • Participate on large corrective teams with the replacement of major turbine components, e.g., generators, main shafts, and gearboxes. • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. • Address and resolve any issues that arise during component installation or maintenance. • Coordinate with construction managers, planners, and other on-site personnel to optimize work execution. • Provide general project support including staging tools, organizing parts, and site cleanup. • Participate in LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), hazard analysis, and pre-task planning processes. • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. • Recognize hazards to stop the job to prevent accidents before they occur.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients contacting support via phone and email regarding patient portal access, account issues, and related concerns. • Assist patients with portal registration, login troubleshooting, password resets, and account recovery in a clear, patient, and step-by-step manner. • Guide patients through portal navigation, helping them locate and use features relevant to their care including messaging, appointment access, and health record review. • Log, manage, and resolve patient support tickets accurately and in a timely manner using ConnectWise as the primary ticketing platform. • Adhere to all QA standards as defined by the PatientTech QA program, ensuring call handling and patient interaction quality remain consistently high. • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients across all support channels, adapting tone and language to the patient’s level of technical familiarity. • Participate in after-action reviews and ongoing process improvement initiatives to reduce repeat contacts and improve first-contact resolution rates.
