• Wij zoeken praktische en technisch handige Technicians die verantwoordelijk worden voor het installeren van onze APM’s: Automated Parcel Machines. • Je rijdt naar verschillende locaties in jouw regio en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe APM’s netjes, veilig en volgens planning worden geplaatst en aangesloten. • Controleren of de locatie geschikt en veilig is voor installatie. • Uitvoeren van technische aansluitingen en controles. • Testen of de APM goed functioneert na installatie. • Signaleren en oplossen van praktische technische problemen. • Afstemmen met collega’s, locatiebeheerders en externe partijen. • Zorgdragen voor een nette oplevering van de installatie. • Registreren van werkzaamheden en bijzonderheden.
Job Requirements
- MBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Technische basiskennis of ervaring met installatiewerk.
- Rijbewijs B.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Basisvaardigheid met digitale systemen of apps voor werkregistratie.
- Een zelfstandige, betrouwbare en servicegerichte houding.

• Tests, diagnoses and services client owned, rental and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms • General understanding of NSM enterprise software for order entry, labor capture, chair configuration and scheduling • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshooting, programming and repair protocols for all NSM equipment • Schedule field support technicians when diagnostics cannot be completely evaluated remotely • Assists in completing work orders which may involve but is not limited to the following: verification that all necessary client information is documented, entering equipment details and verifying eligibility for funding • Performs data entry of all pertinent information including scanning documentation received, filing documents and folders • Completes follow up phone calls efficiently and professionally • Maintains customer satisfaction and relays customer comments or concerns about all NSM products or services to appropriate manager or staff personnel • Demonstrates the ability to educate customers and caregivers in the proper use, care and safety of NSM equipment purchased, rented or repaired • Completes Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums • Access current information and technological advancements from manufacturers on installations, repairs and part replacement for all NSM products

Vibration Field Technician
AESSEALGlobal specialist in the design and manufacture of mechanical seals, bearing protection, seal support systems.
• Collect vibration, ultrasonic, and IR data on machinery at various job sites. (Power plants, productions manufacturing facilities, open pit mines, etc.) • Upload collected data. • Maintain and improve upon customer database as needed. • Work independently and efficiently without direct supervision after the training phase is complete. • Use common sense and the best judgement for decision making. • Maintain communication with management and data analyst for changing on-site conditions or customer needs. • Generate reports on the latest monitored equipment in a timely manner. • Collect and update information on customer monitored assets to maintain accurate report records. • Collect Oil samples in accordance with guidelines. • Drop off package for shipment to analysis laboratory. • Office-related tasks, as necessary. • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Maintain high level of integrity and safety for work performed. • Must comply with all Company SAFETY rules (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, ETC). • Perform additional tasks as directed.
