• Define and own the technical roadmap for foundational platform components powering fraud detection and identity verification at scale • Lead complex architectural initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and geographies • Stay deeply involved in implementation — contributing production-grade code, raising engineering standards through example, and mentoring teams • Design and evolve high-throughput distributed systems, including real-time, streaming, and batch data processing pipelines leveraging technologies such as Kafka, Flink, and Spark • Drive adoption of AI agentic workflows throughout the engineering lifecycle • Partner effectively across distributed teams in Tel Aviv, the US, and Serbia • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to shape solutions from concept to delivery

• Own and scale banking platform partnerships • Develop and execute joint business plans with existing banking platform partners to drive mutual revenue growth • Identify and activate co-sell, resell, and referral opportunities within the current partner portfolio • Establish QBRs, performance metrics, and enablement programs to maximize partner productivity • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partner activity with pipeline and revenue goals • Identify, prospect, and sign strategic partnerships with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, BaaS providers, and financial infrastructure companies • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations — from initial outreach through contract execution • Build compelling value propositions and business cases tailored to each partner's ecosystem and customer base • Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, and partner summits • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for integrations, product features, and go-to-market initiatives that support partner success • Provide executive-level reporting on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and strategic milestones • Mentor and guide junior partnership or business development team members as the function scales

The Impact You’ll Make As our Web Engineer for Antifraud, you'll play a pivotal role in building Incode's visual fraud investigation platform from the ground up. You will design and implement an interactive graph explorer that empowers fraud analysts to uncover hidden connections across identities, devices, and behavioral signals, including an embeddable graph visualization capability that brings these insights directly into other Identity Verification components and workflows. Qualifications - 5+ years in technical program or project management roles within software or technology companies. - Proven experience driving PDLC/SDLC programs across cross-functional and cross-geography teams. - Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, scrum ceremonies, and related tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git workflows). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent real-world experience). - Track record of managing interdependent, high-complexity projects with a focus on risk reduction and stakeholder satisfaction. - The projects and contracts require US Citizenship. - Experience managing programs with enterprise customers is strongly preferred. - Experience working in projects with US Public Sector is preferred but not required.
