• Own and scale banking platform partnerships • Develop and execute joint business plans with existing banking platform partners to drive mutual revenue growth • Identify and activate co-sell, resell, and referral opportunities within the current partner portfolio • Establish QBRs, performance metrics, and enablement programs to maximize partner productivity • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partner activity with pipeline and revenue goals • Identify, prospect, and sign strategic partnerships with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, BaaS providers, and financial infrastructure companies • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations — from initial outreach through contract execution • Build compelling value propositions and business cases tailored to each partner's ecosystem and customer base • Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, and partner summits • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for integrations, product features, and go-to-market initiatives that support partner success • Provide executive-level reporting on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and strategic milestones • Mentor and guide junior partnership or business development team members as the function scales

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances — with a strong focus on banking, fintech, or financial services technology
  • Proven track record of both monetizing existing partnerships and closing net-new partnership agreements with measurable revenue impact
  • Deep relationships and domain expertise within the banking platform ecosystem (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, Meridian Link or similar)
  • Experience structuring complex partnership agreements including co-sell, OEM, and referral arrangements
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working alongside Sales, Legal, Product, and Marketing
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or digital onboarding is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Role Description Fluent is seeking an Account Manager, Audience Solutions that will support the Audience Solutions team in managing day-to-day client deliverables, segment request coordination, and cross-functional communication between commercial stakeholders and the data team.
