Revenue Operations Manager – Post Sales

Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems

Role Description As we scale our go-to-market operations, we need a systems leader who can own the systems architecture that powers the Hyperproof GTM Engine: from lead to close, to renewal to general customer success. We are hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to work within our Business Operations team. This role reports to the Director, Business and Revenue Operations and will work closely with them to define the business systems strategy, including optimization of existing tools and roadmap planning. This leader will bring discipline and rigor to our approach to building systems, processes and workflows around Salesforce and other integrated systems. North Star: Systems that are reliable, well-documented, and require minimal manual intervention, even as complexity grows. Qualifications - A strategic systems leader, who builds, not just architects. - Skilled in Salesforce with experience in interconnected business systems ecosystems. - Expertise in evaluating systems landscape for optimization and automation. - Strong project management instincts with the ability to evaluate options against cost, complexity, timeline, and business impact. - Experience in building data governance frameworks and technical documentation. - Curious and proactive about AI and emerging technologies. • Scope and document implementation requirements, integration needs, and success criteria for each new TPRM customer engagement. • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing relationships with customer stakeholders from kick-off through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. • Run project kick-off meetings to align on expectations, deliverables, timelines, and technical dependencies. • Proactively identify implementation risks — technical and organizational — and work with internal and customer teams to mitigate them. • Manage 5+ concurrent implementation projects simultaneously, balancing technical execution with customer communication. • Lead discovery sessions to understand each customer's existing vendor risk management processes, data sources, and integration landscape. • Drive current-state versus future-state analysis to document requirements and design solutions that address customers' real business needs — not just surface-level asks. • Advise customers on TPRM best practices: vendor tiering, questionnaire design, risk scoring frameworks, and vendor lifecycle workflows. • Configure Hyperproof's TPRM platform to match customer workflows — vendor assessment templates, risk scoring models, approval workflows, notification rules, and reporting. • Build and maintain API integrations between Hyperproof and customer systems — including procurement platforms, GRC tools, identity providers, and internal data sources — using Hyperproof's REST APIs and webhooks. • Write scripts and automation to support data migration, bulk imports, and ongoing data sync between Hyperproof and customer environments. • Develop custom solutions where needed — lightweight tooling, integration middleware, or workflow automation — to bridge gaps between Hyperproof's out-of-the-box capabilities and customer requirements. • Ensure all technical deliverables are documented, tested, and handed off in a state that customers and the Customer Success team can maintain independently. • Design and deliver tailored training sessions for customer administrators, program managers, and end users — covering both platform usage and any custom integrations you've built. • Develop reference materials, integration documentation, and self-service resources that help customers operate Hyperproof confidently after go-live. • Ensure customers have completed all necessary steps to achieve maximum value from Hyperproof's TPRM product before handoff. • Act as the structured voice of the customer during implementations — documenting integration gaps, configuration limitations, and feature requests and routing them to Product and Engineering with clear context. • Contribute to the development and iteration of implementation playbooks, integration templates, and reusable technical assets that reduce time-to-value for future customers.

Role Description Hyperproof is hiring a Talent and People Partner to support our Product and Engineering organizations. This role will lead full-cycle technical recruiting while also serving as a People Partner to our Product and Engineering teams. You will directly support the work that helps great talent stay, grow, and do their best work with us: onboarding, performance, retention, manager support, and culture-building across a global and remote-based team. This is a hands-on role with real scope. You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders on day-to-day people matters, run a high quality technical recruiting process, and contribute to the broader People function as we continue to scale. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in SaaS or software companies, with a demonstrated track record of hiring technical talent across Engineering and Product roles. - Some experience supporting broader People or HRBP work, whether through a generalist role, a recruiting role with expanded responsibilities, or a focused interest in growing into HRBP work over time. - Experience recruiting internationally, including in India and/or LATAM, with a working understanding of the regional expectations and the contractor and EOR landscape in those regions. - Familiarity with org structures, leveling, and performance basics as they apply to technical teams, with curiosity to deepen this work. - Working knowledge of HR systems (Rippling preferred), including reporting, data integrity practices, and workflow administration.
