Partner Marketing Manager
Hyperproof
• Drive demand for net-new partners across resellers, MSSPs, auditors, and GSIs, creating collateral and programs such as pitch decks, partner webinars, and email marketing. • Leverage Hyperproof’s broader marketing campaigns and demand gen programs to specifically drive growth in new partnerships. • Support our partner GTM organization in 1:1 and ABM efforts aimed to acquire target partner organizations. • Create and maintain high-impact partner enablement programs, including enablement decks, webinars, and newsletters to accelerate time-to-value for new partners. • Collaborate with and support other internal partner programs designed to drive partner adoption, including partner training, partner portals, certification programs, and partner communities or advisory boards. • Collaborate directly with partners to build and execute integrated campaigns designed to acquire mutual logos, generate pipeline, and upsell existing customer bases. • Create co-branded collateral, templates, and scalable campaign kits designed to help partners self-serve. • Co-host webinars and in-person events to support partner-led ABM outreach, and drive strategy for field programs such as executive dinners and event sponsorships. • Coordinate joint PR, customer success stories, media announcements, and social amplification to spotlight strategic alliances and market milestones. • Ensure partners are onboarded efficiently, actively engaged, and showing high utilization rates of co-marketing campaigns and programs. • Establish seamless communication and operational alignment between the Marketing team and the Partner GTM organization.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years dedicated specifically to channel, alliance, or partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (experience working with compliance, risk, or cybersecurity ecosystems is a plus).
- Prior experience working with diverse partner types, particularly resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and/or auditors.
- Proven track record as a self-starter who is comfortable setting strategy in new environments, possesses a strong bias for action, and balances strategic program design with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to influence and collaborate across external partner teams and internal organizations (marketing, sales, product, operations).
- Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Note: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
