Senior Product Manager

• In this role, you will work on scaling and building new features to meet growing demands in the GRC space. • You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, and you will be empowered with the autonomy needed to drive successful outcomes and elevate the product’s value in collaborative environments. • A key focus of this role is driving the development and enhancement of AI-powered features that meaningfully improve customer outcomes. • You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven features and enhancements which will achieve key customer outcomes in a dynamic environment in a fast evolving landscape. • You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, engineering, and design teams, to understand market needs, customer requirements, and integration opportunities. • You’ll conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry standards, and customer demands. • You’ll monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and build quick functional prototypes to validate new product ideas and improvements. • You’ll represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in GRC in industry events and discussions. • You’ll continuously act as the champion of our users and customers to ensure their needs are always a top priority!
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product role and have scaled a product to enterprise customers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to build alignment and clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and customers/partners
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and customer value through integration solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity - someone who delves deep into the details to understand the root cause of problems, unexpected user behavior, etc.
