On-Site SEO Team Lead

Hostinger

Role Description As On-Site SEO Team Lead, you'll own the on-site SEO strategy across every product, lead our on-site specialists, govern the site-wide topical map, and scale our semantic SEO framework across the landing-page estate. You'll partner closely with Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Localization. This is also a people-leadership role - you'll grow a team and be measured on what it ships. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: - Own on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure. - Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it. - Close the landing-page/content gap that drives both rankings and conversions. - Scale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords. - Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team. - Translate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders. Qualifications - 5+ years in on-site/content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites. - Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale. - Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO/topical authority frameworks. - People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role. - Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product. - Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog/Sitebulb. Requirements - AI search readiness: structured content for citation, entity clarity, EEAT signals. - Multi-locale topical maps and programmatic/template-scale page builds. - AI tools and automations to scale audits and briefs.
