• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them. • Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation. • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing. • Cover iOS and Android mobile apps as the primary testing surface, with web flows tested as needed. • Take full ownership of QA on assigned maintenance projects, operating as the sole QA on each pod. • Adapt quickly to different project contexts, domains, and cadences across a rotating weekly workload. • Sync with the PM daily to align on priorities and report status, blockers, and coverage.

• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them. • Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation. • Review and test requirements during grooming before development starts. • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing. • Validate key business scenarios such as quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order. • Work closely with developers, designers, PMs, and QA to understand functionality and plan testing. • Take ownership of assigned features from start to finish.

• Lead the design life cycle for products. • Partner with PMs, Developers, other Product Designers, and clients to define requirements. • Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability tests. • Create UX and UI deliverables by designing medium and high fidelity wireframes. • Demonstrate interactions and user flows by creating clickable/tappable prototypes. • Align design decisions with client business goals and KPIs. • Establish visual design guidelines exploring typography, colors, logos, imagery, illustrations, and iconography. • Prepare designs for handoff by creating atomic design systems and annotating wireframes. • Get and iterate on feedback from clients while maintaining communication and realistic expectations. • Optimize internal processes by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.

• Work with clients to explore and define product requirements. • Develop and maintain the product strategy, product roadmap, and backlog based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Write PRDs, briefs, and other strategy documentation to effectively align all stakeholders towards a clear strategy • Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Provide updates on requirements and status throughout. • Work closely with designers to create beautiful and intuitive product experiences. • Review specification and high-fidelity design documents and provide accurate timeline estimates for features and products. • Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver the highest quality product requirements. • Regularly monitor and report on product performance • Run daily standups to understand project status and provide clarifications • Test, accept or reject work result throughout a project • Present development team accomplishments to clients and stakeholders

• Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing digital product deals with large organizations • Diligently research prospects, develop account strategies, and execute outreach campaigns tailored to company and industry needs • Build relationships with PE operating partners, portfolio leaders, and enterprise decision-makers • Identify and prioritize a focused list of target PE firms and enterprise accounts • Secure warm introductions and lead personalized, strategic outreach • Partner with Goji leadership on discovery, solution framing, and proposals • Navigate procurement, security reviews, legal, and onboarding • Shepherd complex deals through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Stay engaged post-sale to protect and expand key relationships
