• Design, execute and prioritize the product roadmap and strategy with other product managers and developers • Study NFT market trends and leverage user research/data analysis to determine a product strategy that meets consumer needs and capitalizes on emerging technology • Write tech documentation on our product but also non-crypto friendly 101 and blog articles • Write User Stories and lead the agile ceremonies • Own communication and feedback between our users and our development team, pre and post-production

• SLA and support management: Project leadership for existing SLA mandates across the B-works client portfolio • Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests • Ensure agreed response times: Priority 1 (critical) within 4 hours, Priority 2 (high) within 2 business days, Priority 3 (medium) within 5 business days (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) • Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting • Product ownership and backlog management: Creation and maintenance of user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira • Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team • Planning and facilitation of innovation workshops to identify valuable features • Support for CMS upgrades, technical migrations and AI integrations • Stakeholder management: Primary point of contact for end clients in day-to-day operations • Regular status meetings and reporting • Expectation management and handling of change requests • Coordination between client and development teams • Team coordination: Directing the development team within SLA commitments • Alignment with the Key Account Manager • Quality assurance and test coordination • Time tracking and billing

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Learning Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of digitally delivered learning programmes. This role combines product thinking, programme ownership, and learning experience design to create practical, engaging, and outcomes-driven learning experiences. The successful candidate will take programmes from concept through launch and continuous improvement while collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional contributors in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of digital learning programmes from early scoping through launch and ongoing iteration - Define programme structure, learner outcomes, and learning journeys aligned with industry and market needs - Translate subject matter expertise into structured, engaging digital learning experiences - Design applied learning activities such as projects, simulations, and real-world tasks that reinforce practical skills - Sequence content into coherent weekly learning journeys that support progressive learner development - Oversee development of high-quality learning assets including written materials, visuals, and recorded learning components - Collaborate with subject matter experts and contributors to refine and strengthen programme content - Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across programme materials and learning experiences - Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to support learning design and efficient programme delivery - Use learner feedback, programme data, and performance metrics to improve programme effectiveness and engagement - Coordinate cross-functional contributors and delivery partners to ensure programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard - Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and workflow coordination in a distributed working environment - Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders throughout programme development and delivery - Identify opportunities to improve programme processes, automation, and scalable delivery models - Support the development of emerging team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across programme teams
