• Design products and workflows that improve our users' experiences, revenue-generating opportunities, and operational efficiency. • Support and refine UX strategy accounting for products and modules across verticals, ensuring the strategy aligns with larger company goals and objectives. • Design and define the UI strategy in collaboration with the UX and brand requirements to develop intentional and ad hoc design systems • Partner with product and engineering leadership to oversee the user experience of our products from conception to launch. • Improve what already exists and formalize a user researching and testing strategy • Take the lead on defining how our design system should evolve and scale to fit the needs of the team. • Provide feedback to your design team and ensure the team is receiving input from the product, engineering, and customer experience teams

• Gather, interpret, and evaluate project requirements and business needs in collaboration with project managers and owners. • Conduct research, engage in outside-the-box thinking and provide direction for visual and conceptual inspirations for the project. • Execute visual design stages the UX designer provides from concept to final hand-off to developers. • Design high-fidelity website and mobile mockups and mobile app mockups that follow best practices and design standards. • Coordinate with Web Developers, Content Managers, and Project Managers. • Create clickable prototypes that best illustrate the functionality, features, and usability of a website or a mobile app. • Maintain a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. • Present and explain finalized ideas and concepts to clients or project managers. • Keep abreast of the latest and emerging software, technologies, techniques, and other trends in the tech and design industry that may be beneficial to the company

• Proactively influence the product vision through a strong, user-centred design approach aligned to business goals • Co-create and deliver a design roadmap aligned to product priorities and customer value • Simplify complex, data rich product requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs • Take full ownership of design outcomes including definition of success metrics and post launch impact • Actively contribute to the evolution of AI-powered features and user experiences • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform • Lead end-to-end design from problem identification to delivery, ensuring quality and usability that improve engagement and adoption • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless user experiences • Design and ship intuitive interfaces for complex, data-driven features and AI-powered modules • Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities to improve speed and quality • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools • Measure and meaningfully improve key product analytics through rapid design iteration and experimentation • Support Product and Commercial teams with design assets for launches and feature releases • Act as a senior design leader within the team, setting standards for quality, consistency, and best practice • Mentor and support a more junior designer, providing regular feedback, guidance, and UX / UI development support • Foster a culture of continuous learning, design excellence, and user-centric thinking • Support onboarding and development of new design team members as the team scales • Communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions clearly to stakeholders • Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle • Stay close to customers through participation in interviews, testing, product advisory groups and collaboration with customer-facing teams • Monitor post-launch performance and user behaviour to inform continuous improvement • Represent design within the business and contribute to a strong design culture
