• Develop, implement, and improve the company’s compliance program across gaming, social sportsbook, DFS, and prediction market verticals • Own the regulatory, market, and credit risk profiles required for prediction market licensing • Draft, maintain, and improve compliance policies, procedures, internal controls, rulebooks, and terms and conditions • Own our CFTC compliance strategy - Structure event contracts and prediction market products, including product structuring, contract terms, and market integrity rules • Lead regulatory registrations, applications, and filings under FCM frameworks and prepare the organization for the ongoing obligations that accompany them • Ensure compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), CFTC, and NFA rules governing event-based products • Ensure all consumer-facing initiatives, marketing campaigns, disclosures, and user acquisition strategies comply with FTC guidelines and consumer protection standards • Review marketing, advertising, and educational materials for compliance with both FTC standards and applicable CFTC/NFA advertising rules • Oversee privacy compliance, including data protection, security practices, and user consent frameworks alongside product teams • Serve as the primary point of contact for state gaming authorities, federal regulators (CFTC and FTC), and self-regulatory organizations • Manage regulatory filings, licensing renewals, independent audits, and regulatory examinations • Monitor, interpret, and proactively translate shifting federal and state laws impacting all Fliff verticals • Oversee and improve Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT), fraud prevention, and Know Your Customer (KYC) programs • Partner with internal security and operations teams to investigate suspicious activity, detect market manipulation, and manage high-level escalations • Support contracting and commercial work without slowing it down • Partner closely with Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, Payments, Marketing, and Finance teams to build compliant operations under federal and state frameworks
• Lead Design on key initiatives, journey mapping, wireframes, and UI • Turn complex problems into flows that feel intuitive for players • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to shape what we build and how it shapes • Keep the design system growing so the whole team ships faster and also stays consistent. • Manage a team of product designers, own their growth through weekly 1: 1s, feedback, and conversations • Match each designer's strengths to the right squad and priorities • Manage and set up design workflows and cross-functional handoff processes to elevate team efficiency • Foster a highly collaborative, inclusive environment while actively raising the level of craft across the team
• Develop promotional strategies that support acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and monetization objectives. • Evaluate promotional performance and return on investment across offer types and customer segments. • Maintain competitive intelligence on promotional activity across relevant industries. • Own Fliff’s promotional calendar and portfolio across products and customer segments. • Design and execute structured testing plans for promotional initiatives in coordination with Analytics.
• Run end-to-end onboarding for US employees and global contractors, from pre-boarding logistics through HR orientation and new hire check-ins. • Manage onboarding workflows, background checks, and system setup in Rippling. • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, engaging new-hire experience. • Coordinate equipment shipments, onboarding documentation, and compliance requirements as needed. • Maintain employee records, documents, and HRIS data accuracy. • Support Rippling workflow builds, automation updates, and process improvements. • Assist with payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and employee payroll inquiries. • Support benefits administration, employee changes, and offboarding processes. • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits, compliance requests, and internal documentation. • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and people programs. • Provide timely ad hoc employee support via Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems. • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. • Support performance review cycles, employee surveys, and other people programs.
• Build and maintain predictive models that drive marketing strategy, including player LTV, churn risk, CAC payback, and propensity-to-convert models • Own marketing attribution and incrementality analysis across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, influencers, etc.), helping the team understand what's actually driving growth • Quantify the causal impact and long-term business value of promotions, bonuses, and lifecycle campaigns, moving beyond surface-level engagement metrics to measure true incremental retention, monetization, and LTV impact • Apply causal inference techniques (geo experiments, synthetic control, diff-in-diff, CausalImpact, uplift modeling) to evaluate marketing investments where clean A/B tests aren't possible • Partner with growth marketers to design, run, and read out experiments: A/B tests, geo-tests, holdout studies, and creative tests • Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting that give marketing leaders real-time visibility into channel performance, cohort behavior, promo ROI, and funnel health • Clean, structure, and validate data across our marketing stack (ad platforms, MMP, internal event data, CRM) and partner with data engineering to improve our data models where needed • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders • Continuously look for opportunities to automate, improve, and scale how the marketing team uses data
• Own retention, engagement, and lifetime value of Fliff’s highest-value players • Build and evolve our VIP program from scratch, including structure, rewards, and player journeys • Build deep, direct relationships with VIP players through personalized outreach (1:1 messaging, offers, experiences) • Identify churn signals early and proactively intervene to retain at-risk players • Design and evolve the VIP program (tiers, benefits, rewards, experiences) with a clear focus on retention and player satisfaction • Launch and manage targeted promotions, bonuses, and experiences that drive repeat play and loyalty • Continuously refine the program based on player behavior and feedback • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored experiences to different VIP cohorts • Create high-touch moments that make players feel recognized and valued (not just incentivized) • Balance automation with human interaction to scale without losing the “VIP feel” • Analyze player behavior, engagement patterns, and promo performance to improve outcomes • Track key metrics like retention, reactivation, frequency, and player lifetime value • Run experiments on offers, messaging, and experiences to continuously improve performance • Partner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Support to deliver a seamless VIP experience • Advocate for VIP players internally—ensuring their needs shape product and promotional decisions • Help define tooling, workflows, and processes to support a best-in-class VIP program

• Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews, updating ATS records (Lever), and keeping candidates and hiring managers aligned. • Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents, creating contracts, and ensuring smooth setups for new hires and contractors. • Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates. • Help coordinate documents, spreadsheets, and logistics for people-related projects.
