• Build and maintain predictive models that drive marketing strategy, including player LTV, churn risk, CAC payback, and propensity-to-convert models • Own marketing attribution and incrementality analysis across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, influencers, etc.), helping the team understand what's actually driving growth • Quantify the causal impact and long-term business value of promotions, bonuses, and lifecycle campaigns, moving beyond surface-level engagement metrics to measure true incremental retention, monetization, and LTV impact • Apply causal inference techniques (geo experiments, synthetic control, diff-in-diff, CausalImpact, uplift modeling) to evaluate marketing investments where clean A/B tests aren't possible • Partner with growth marketers to design, run, and read out experiments: A/B tests, geo-tests, holdout studies, and creative tests • Develop and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting that give marketing leaders real-time visibility into channel performance, cohort behavior, promo ROI, and funnel health • Clean, structure, and validate data across our marketing stack (ad platforms, MMP, internal event data, CRM) and partner with data engineering to improve our data models where needed • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders • Continuously look for opportunities to automate, improve, and scale how the marketing team uses data
• Own retention, engagement, and lifetime value of Fliff’s highest-value players • Build and evolve our VIP program from scratch, including structure, rewards, and player journeys • Build deep, direct relationships with VIP players through personalized outreach (1:1 messaging, offers, experiences) • Identify churn signals early and proactively intervene to retain at-risk players • Design and evolve the VIP program (tiers, benefits, rewards, experiences) with a clear focus on retention and player satisfaction • Launch and manage targeted promotions, bonuses, and experiences that drive repeat play and loyalty • Continuously refine the program based on player behavior and feedback • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored experiences to different VIP cohorts • Create high-touch moments that make players feel recognized and valued (not just incentivized) • Balance automation with human interaction to scale without losing the “VIP feel” • Analyze player behavior, engagement patterns, and promo performance to improve outcomes • Track key metrics like retention, reactivation, frequency, and player lifetime value • Run experiments on offers, messaging, and experiences to continuously improve performance • Partner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Support to deliver a seamless VIP experience • Advocate for VIP players internally—ensuring their needs shape product and promotional decisions • Help define tooling, workflows, and processes to support a best-in-class VIP program

• Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews, updating ATS records (Lever), and keeping candidates and hiring managers aligned. • Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents, creating contracts, and ensuring smooth setups for new hires and contractors. • Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates. • Help coordinate documents, spreadsheets, and logistics for people-related projects. • Develop and maintain high-performance React Native applications, ensuring smooth functionality across both iOS and Android platforms. • Configure and manage bare React Native projects (without Expo), integrating native modules using JSI & Bridge where necessary. • Build reusable and responsive mobile UI components, leveraging native code and styling with CSS/SCSS. • Implement key mobile features such as push notifications, in-app purchases, and OAuth 2.0 authentication. • Integrate and optimize third-party native modules, ensuring seamless communication between JavaScript and native code. • Manage iOS and Android environments using Xcode and Android Studio, handling build processes and deployments via TestFlight and Google Internal Release. • Configure and maintain iOS schemes and Android build variants to support multiple environments efficiently. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both JavaScript and native code using debugging tools like React Native Debugger, Xcode, and Android Studio. • Ensure smooth animations and interactions with Reanimated 2.0+ while managing application state effectively using Redux and react-redux. • Implement unit and end-to-end testing using Detox and Jest to maintain code quality and stability. • Work closely with QA teams to diagnose and fix issues in live applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and designers to implement new features and optimize the live product. • Support the live platform by identifying and resolving real-time performance issues. • Design scalable solutions with attention to responsive UIs using pure CSS/SCSS without relying on external frameworks. • Mentor junior engineers and provide code reviews to maintain high standards. • Leverage Redux, React-Redux bindings, and middleware (Thunk/Saga) for state management. • Implement RESTful APIs using axios and fetch, with optional GraphQL integration via Apollo client.
