• Lead Design on key initiatives, journey mapping, wireframes, and UI • Turn complex problems into flows that feel intuitive for players • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to shape what we build and how it shapes • Keep the design system growing so the whole team ships faster and also stays consistent. • Manage a team of product designers, own their growth through weekly 1: 1s, feedback, and conversations • Match each designer's strengths to the right squad and priorities • Manage and set up design workflows and cross-functional handoff processes to elevate team efficiency • Foster a highly collaborative, inclusive environment while actively raising the level of craft across the team
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products
- Proven track record of mentoring designers, acting as a lead, or managing small teams
- Exceptional strength in both UX and visual craft with a portfolio that shows you sweat the details
- Ability to view design through a business lens and translate high-level strategy into elegant digital solutions
- Demonstrated success building, evolving, and scaling robust design systems that cross-functional teams love to use
- High autonomy and excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders
- Deep curiosity about customers and a strong existing familiarity with Fliff’s product vertical mechanics
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira
- Bonus Points**
- Experience working in video games, sports betting, or gaming ecosystems
- Experience taking a 0→1 product to market
