• Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews, updating ATS records (Lever), and keeping candidates and hiring managers aligned. • Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents, creating contracts, and ensuring smooth setups for new hires and contractors. • Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates. • Help coordinate documents, spreadsheets, and logistics for people-related projects. (Track PTO, holidays, and attendance, keeping records up to date.) • Respond to employee and contractor questions, escalating when needed. • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing templates, organizing feedback forms, tracking completion, and helping managers stay on schedule. • Support in policy creation, updates, and rollouts (handbook updates, policies, and processes, etc.). • Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company-wide HR communications. • Partner with payroll, accounting, and external vendors to help ensure timely payments and follow-ups • Contribute to broader HR/People Operations initiatives, including process improvements and employee experience projects.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting.
- Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
