• Plan and execute company-wide and team-specific offsites from concept through onsite logistics and post-event feedback. • Manage hotel accommodations, outings, menu coordination as well as on-site logistics in partnership with the Director of People Operations. • Own and evolve celebrations such as work anniversaries, key milestones, and peer recognition opportunities.

• Submit and manage monthly billing claims for all active patients under a bundled rate model • Ensure accuracy of billing inputs, including patient eligibility, enrollment status, and service periods • Maintain detailed billing records and audit trails through regular reconciliation processes • Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner, including denial and appeals management • Track billing changes such as pauses, discharges, or plan transitions and ensure accurate adjustments • Manage different billing systems and claim structures based on the MCO and state specific requirements • Perform routine audits to ensure billing data aligns with internal systems and source-of-truth records • Reconcile billing outputs against enrollment, care delivery, and eligibility data • Collaborate with leadership to validate patient status, authorizations, and billing eligibility • Partner with Finance on invoicing, reporting, and payment tracking • Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, accuracy, and scalability

• Manage and supervise the Crisis Managers team day to day • Oversee all active crisis cases and make sure the right actions are being taken • Serve as the top escalation point for high-risk or complex situations • Make real-time decisions during crisis situations when needed • Ensure staff are following crisis protocols and safety procedures • Set up and maintain clear supervision systems for all crisis work • Review crisis cases after they happen and identify what went well and what needs to improve • Build and improve crisis response workflows and systems so they scale • Train and coach staff on crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning • Partner with clinical and product teams to improve how crisis care is delivered across the platform • Provide direct patient care in crisis intervention and/or post-crisis stabilization, including brief stabilization sessions or group support, as program needs evolve. • Step in directly when needed to support high-acuity cases

• Own the Growth Strategy: Define and execute patient acquisition and admissions roadmap, aligning with revenue and impact goals. • Funnel Optimization: Develop and optimize the full patient funnel, including list-based acquisition, clinical outreach to hospitals, case manager referrals, and all other relevant channels. • SEM/SEO Leadership: Develop and lead all targeted online acquisition channels from start to finish. • Data & Analytics: Track and understand conversion rates across all major acquisition funnels. • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Clinical leaders to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient journey. • Operational Support: Support the acquisition process all the way through clinical admissions into Flourish. • New Market Launches: Work with the leadership team to ensure new states and new contracts are launched effectively. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, including clinical admissions and patient acquisition.

• Complete state license applications for therapists and psychiatrists, including collecting supporting documents and verifying provider information • Follow up with state boards, licensing authorities, and credentialing organizations to ensure timely processing of applications and renewals • Maintain accurate records of provider licensing status, expiration dates, and CEU/CME requirements • Assist with Medicaid registration and health plan credentialing for providers as needed • Ensure documentation for guide compliance (training certificates, policy acknowledgements) is collected and up to date • Flag missing information, potential delays, or issues to the Senior Manager for resolution • Track and report on the status of licensing and credentialing activities to ensure deadlines are met • Help audit provider records and applications for completeness and accuracy • Follow existing SOPs and support updates to processes where needed • Communicate effectively with providers to gather necessary information and keep them informed of application status

• Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, coaches, product teams, and PMH-NPs. • Provide individual and group based care to adolescents and families. • Contribute to clinical design and product work to enhance care for every family. • Ensure compliance to all regulations on a state by state basis and perform ongoing quality assurance. • Be prepared to do anything related to supporting the adolescents we support. • Help with basic operations that come with being part of a fast-moving company. • Work with an incredibly talented, quirky, passionate group of people that are setting out to reduce human suffering on a massive scale.

• People management: with 9-12 direct reports, conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure high standards of care and compliance. • Conduct 1:1 and group supervision to address challenges & promote reflective practice to improve performance, maintaining a consistent feedback loop. • Clinical Supervision: supervise patient coaching provided to 300+ adolescent patients by your team. • Ensure adherence to ethical standards & best practices. • Help develop and implement frameworks for coaches to assess risk, respond to crisis, and escalate situations appropriately. • Hold people accountable to high company standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with the team leads for the parenting coaches, therapists and child psychiatrists to deliver a strong integrated team intervention. • Change Management: as a growing clinic our workflows can change frequently. Your role requires strong change agility and the ability to lead your team effectively through change by building trust, sharing the “why”, and building habits that help them adapt to change. • Quality Assurance and Compliance: evaluate the effectiveness of interventions & implement changes. • Address performance gaps quickly & develop actions plans to support individual members of your team. • Crisis Management and Support: provide immediate support during emergencies, offering clear direction to guides to manage patient and patient family crises.
