Role Description Flexion is seeking a senior user experience designer/researcher with start-up experience to join an agile application development team. The work is primarily remote, but may require some client on-site work estimated at <10%. As a member of a cross-functional agile development team, you’ll partner with our clients to tackle holistic issues. You’ll facilitate tough conversations about what clients (and their users!) really need, which isn’t always what they want. You’ll work to build UX thinking into everything the team does.
