• Contributes to the evolution of the user experience by creating intuitive, research-backed design solutions for the FinQuery product ecosystem • Focuses on translating defined business requirements into functional, high-fidelity designs while advocating for the end-user • Works within established design patterns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and brand alignment across our platform

• Manage customer-facing project services • Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services and Customer Solutions to onboard multiple clients simultaneously accurately and efficiently • Engage with Engineering to resolve issues that arise in implementation and communicate product updates to the client • Initiate, plan and design project timelines based on client specifics and the availability of internal resources • Comply with department standards in accordance with SOC regulations, especially as it relates to confidential document management • Support development of business cases with the customer team, including solutions estimates • Communicate project status and milestones to the client in a consistent and effective manner • Manage customer relationships as well as the project team and internal experts • Coordinate with Professional Services team to input client data into the application and train clients on how to use the software • Use Salesforce and Milestones to track project milestones and client interactions.

• Execute the renewals process for a portfolio of subscription customers, leveraging proven strategies that support revenue retention while maintaining customer trust • Manage customer communications, support pricing discussions, and address objections to facilitate successful on-time renewals, expansions, and cross-sells • Partner with Customer Success to review account health and usage data ahead of contract end dates, identifying renewal risk and growth opportunities • Initiate proactive outreach to customers at defined intervals prior to contract expiration (90, 60, and 30 days) to ensure renewals are completed on schedule • Conduct renewal and contract change discussions with customers, applying defined negotiation parameters and escalating complex situations as needed • Respond to questions from customers on any aspect of the renewal including contract amendments, contract expansions, and contract contractions • Generate, review, and send renewal quotes to customers to ensure timely processing through procurement, resulting in issuance of PO to drive renewal to on-time closure • Track contract cancellations and document reasons for loss • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance, to identify opportunities that reduce operational friction and improve efficiency in renewals, expansion, and cross-sell processes • Maintain all required CRM data, including but not limited to tracking customer interactions and managing renewal opportunities • Conduct all business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures • Complete all other duties as assigned

• Drive the strategic development and expansion of our partner ecosystem within the UK and EMEA regions • Take ownership of identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic alliances at a high level to generate scalable revenue growth and expand market penetration • Ensure the seamless delivery of AI-powered financial solutions through diverse channel routes • Collaborate closely with direct sales counterparts to create joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and shared pipeline reviews • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive training and certification programs to build partner self-sufficiency and solution mastery • Lead the onboarding experience for newly recruited partners from contract execution through initial enablement to ensure rapid revenue-generating activity • Maintain highly accurate records of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline activity within the CRM platform to ensure proper deal registration and attribution • Implement rigorous performance tracking using structured Quarterly Business Reviews and executive-level scorecards • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute sophisticated co-marketing initiatives and account-based sales strategies

• Serve as the face of FinQuery with respect to your assigned customers • Maximize customer satisfaction rates • Drive expansion by identifying customers’ needs for additional products and services • Manage renewals and promote adoption, engagement, and advocacy • Contribute to the development of FinQuery’s product roadmap • Conduct regular proactive calls and account review meetings • Monitor health metrics such as NPS and churn scores • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Own customer renewal cycles end to end • Build Customer Success Plans in partnership with management • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues • Represent the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps • Utilize customer data and metrics to make informed decisions • Identify opportunities for customers to become advocates • Conduct all business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures

• Fill the critical role of serving as the face of FinQuery with respect to your assigned customers • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry • Proactively build trusting relationships with your customers • Maximize customer satisfaction rates, drive expansion and manage renewals • Promote adoption, engagement and advocacy • Contribute to the development of FinQuery’s product roadmap • Conduct regular proactive calls and account review meetings • Monitor health metrics and take corrective actions as needed • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities

• Help administer and monitor AWS PostgreSQL databases, picking up best practices for reliability and performance along the way • Work alongside senior engineers to spot performance issues and find tuning opportunities • Collaborate daily with development teams and other departments since communication is a big part of this job • Review developer-driven data architecture changes and share feedback, with guidance from senior team members • Dig into query performance problems and grow your skills in database optimization • Take part in release and deployment processes, getting real exposure to production workflows • Contribute to internal improvements like automating manual tasks, speeding up data delivery, and supporting infrastructure growth • Use AI agents, LLM-powered tools, and automation to handle routine work like query analysis, schema reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting more efficiently • Keep RDS systems running well day to day • Help assess and improve data schemas for efficiency by reviewing indices, spotting redundant columns, and evaluating table structures • Stay curious, research new technologies, propose AI-driven solutions, and bring ideas to make our systems and team more productive

• Assist clients with onboarding their data onto our software solutions, including lease portfolios in LeaseQuery and business contracts in FinQuery Contract Management (FCM) • Serve as the technical resource to onboard clients into FCM, ensuring they can effectively track all business contracts, prepaids, and accruals • Handle Professional Service requests for clients, addressing a range of needs across both LeaseQuery and FCM • Consult with CFOs, Controllers, and other accounting staff on tight schedules, guiding customers through best practices according to pertinent accounting standards and contract management protocols • Review lease and contract documents and ensure data is accurately entered into the software by our Data Entry team • Provide assistance as clients go through the upload data procurement process and uploading data when complete • Reconcile account balances, including prepaids and accruals, and advise clients on making needed adjustments • Provide product expertise across all areas, including Journal Entries, Reporting, and Data Entry for both LeaseQuery and FCM • Perform customer training on all aspects of LeaseQuery and FCM, with a focus on clear, concise explanation • Understand and guide customers through best practices according to pertinent accounting standards and contract management protocols • Communicate across multiple teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of fast-paced, complex financial projects • Conduct all business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures
