• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define and deliver new AI Receptionist capabilities. • Design and build modern, responsive, and highly interactive web applications using React and TypeScript. • Create intuitive user experiences for configuring conversational AI, managing knowledge sources, testing AI behavior, and deploying voice agents. • Build reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure that improve consistency, scalability, and engineering velocity. • Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time streaming technologies. • Collaborate closely with AI and ML engineers to surface LLM-powered capabilities through intuitive user experiences. • Optimize application performance, accessibility, reliability, and responsiveness across enterprise-scale deployments. • Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices. • Improve developer productivity through testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and automation. • Mentor engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, and collaborative problem solving.

• Develop responsive interfaces and layouts, converting graphic designs into functional, accessible, and intuitive code; • Ensure responsiveness, interactivity, and a good user experience on both desktop and mobile across different devices and browsers; • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to ensure visual and code consistency and smooth integration between the UI and application logic; • Test, optimize performance, and troubleshoot the interface; participate in software evolution, bug fixes, and maintenance of existing components; • Write clean, semantic, and reusable code, ensuring quality and functionality through testing and validation according to technical documentation; • Study usability and stay up to date with front-end best practices and new technologies.

• Architecture & Development: Build and maintain web applications and front-end components that integrate with platform APIs (React/TypeScript or equivalent modern web stack). • Build and maintain mobile applications that integrate with platform APIs (Flutter). • Collaborate with the backend team on event-driven architectures (Java microservices). • Ensure smooth integration between UI, backend services, and data layer across product flows. • Security & Reliability: Implement financial transaction flows, referral bonus system, and validation logic. • Conduct and supervise the QA process. Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response standards. • Culture & Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO and Product Owner and Contribute to building engineering processes in an early-stage environment. • Collaborate with Delivery Manager for rapid product delivery.
