Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. - 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience. - Strong experience managing multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment. Requirements - Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (experience with Rippling strongly preferred). - Solid understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and benefits regulations. - Experience in retail, multi-unit, or service-based organizations preferred. - Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy and accountability. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Payroll expertise and compliance focus. - Systems thinking and process optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Cross-functional collaboration. - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
