• Serve as the system owner for ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass (LOS), including configuration, administration, integrations, and upgrades. • Define and execute the Encompass platform roadmap, aligned with business strategy, operational priorities, and regulatory requirements. • Lead evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Encompass features (e.g., workflows, custom fields, personas, plugins, SDK/API integrations). • Partner with ICE Mortgage Technology and third-party vendors to manage releases, defects, escalations, and enhancement requests. • Lead, mentor, and develop a Mortgage Technology team of 5–10 professionals (e.g., Encompass Admins, Developers, Analysts, Support Desk). • Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and career development paths for the team. • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong partnership with

• Own daily funding and cash activity, ensuring all loans, settlements, and cash movements are accurately recorded and reconciled. • Prepare and review funding reports, purchase advices, and related reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Manage settlements and reporting with Ginnie Mae and other secondary market investors, including timely resolution of discrepancies. • Perform detailed reconciliations across a broad range of accounts, from routine accounts to highly complex balance sheet and clearing accounts. • Oversee cash reconciliations and ensure all open funding, settlement, and investor items are investigated and resolved promptly. • Support secondary market accounting activities, including tracking loan sales, investor remittances, and purchase price differences. • Review general ledger activity for accuracy, identify trends or issues, and recommend corrective actions as needed. • Play a key role in the monthly and annual close process, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations. • Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules, providing insights to leadership and cross-functional partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Secondary Marketing, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes. • Provide audit support and prepare documentation for internal and external audits. • Additional duties and responsibilities assigned due to business needs.
• Once assigned a file; organize approvals and ensure all conditions are marked and met. • Conduct Welcome Call with client within 24 hours of approval; set expectations, clarify conditions, and confirm loan timelines. • Ensure signed disclosures, verify loan conditions, and order necessary reports (e.g., AVMs, IRS, flood zone). • Track document uploads, review client submissions, and follow up on outstanding conditions to ensure loan progress. • Verify all conditions are met, confirm final loan terms with the client, and ensure closing is scheduled. • Monitor for expired Estimated Closing Dates (ECD), follow up on lock expirations, ensure timely loan submissions, process Change of Circumstances (COC), and update the lock as needed. • Review active loans, prioritize closings, and ensure all required documents are submitted for final approval. • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all loan servicing functions including payments, escrow, payoffs, account maintenance, collateral and insurance tracking, and servicing analytics. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and agency servicing requirements including FHA/HUD, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA. • Serve as the primary escalation contact for investors, agencies, and sub-servicers. • Monitor servicing performance metrics, audits, and exception reporting, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Oversee escrow administration including setup, reconciliations, tax and insurance disbursements, and regulatory adherence. • Ensure timely and accurate payoff processing, lien releases, and satisfaction filings. • Guide loan boarding for new, renewed, or purchased loans, ensuring strong data integrity and QA controls. • Lead servicing data, reporting, and portfolio analytics to ensure accuracy and investor transparency. • Handle complex borrower issues, regulatory inquiries, and sensitive servicing matters. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and end-to-end process alignment. • Oversee vendor relationships supporting collateral, insurance, escrow, and servicing technology. • Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization initiatives. • Manage staffing, performance development, coaching, and succession planning for the servicing team. • Additional responsibilities as assigned due to business needs.
