• Once assigned a file; organize approvals and ensure all conditions are marked and met. • Conduct Welcome Call with client within 24 hours of approval; set expectations, clarify conditions, and confirm loan timelines. • Ensure signed disclosures, verify loan conditions, and order necessary reports (e.g., AVMs, IRS, flood zone). • Track document uploads, review client submissions, and follow up on outstanding conditions to ensure loan progress. • Verify all conditions are met, confirm final loan terms with the client, and ensure closing is scheduled. • Monitor for expired Estimated Closing Dates (ECD), follow up on lock expirations, ensure timely loan submissions, process Change of Circumstances (COC), and update the lock as needed. • Review active loans, prioritize closings, and ensure all required documents are submitted for final approval. • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of wholesale account management experience required, with previous experience as an underwriter preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of loan products and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly efficient in time management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system required.
