• Gather relevant market insights to ensure a strong understanding of global trends and competitor moves in payments, but also related activities (e-ID, wallets, merchants services, etc.) • Monitor evolutions in usage and habits, as well as relevant technological and UX innovations • Maintain competitive intelligence database up to date (competitors factsheets and benchmarks) • Support the weekly internal reporting market & competition news • Support building of webinars and presentation material for internal & external purposes
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contract management, off boarding) across multiple countries • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS • Oversee key administrative processes such as probation period tracking, contract amendments, and employee documentation • Prepare and validate variable elements for monthly payroll in collaboration with Finance and external providers • Support payroll processes across different entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Produce regular HR reports and dashboards (monthly, annual), ensuring data quality and consistency • Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics, providing guidance and support • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, Leadership) • Coordinate with local HR teams and external providers across different countries (e.g. France, Germany) • Continuously review and improve HR administrative processes to increase efficiency and scalability • Support the structuring of HR operations in a multi-entity, multi-country environment • Contribute to HR projects linked to process optimization, compliance, and employee experience • Support relocation processes and liaise with external providers for immigration procedures • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social security, and benefits administration across regions
• Conduct end‑to‑end fraud investigations across issuing and acquiring environments, from alert generation through to case closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution • Detect, analyze, and document fraudulent activity by leveraging transactional data, tools, and dashboards to identify patterns, trends, and emerging typologies • Perform root‑cause analysis on confirmed fraud cases to identify control gaps and vulnerabilities, and provide clear recommendations for corrective and preventive actions • Maintain and enhance fraud dashboards and reporting , tracking key metrics, fraud trends, and case activity to support operational decision‑making and management oversight • Provide fraud‑related support and insights to stakeholders , acting as a subject‑matter contact for internal teams (e.g. Operations, Customer Support, Product, Compliance) and external partners where relevant • Promote fraud awareness by sharing learnings from investigations, preparing concise summaries of schemes and typologies, and contributing to internal training materials • Collaborate closely with the Fraud Data Science team to validate alerts, test and refine scoring models, and provide feedback on detection tools based on investigation outcomes • Support incident management processes during fraud events or spikes, by contributing detailed case analysis, root‑cause inputs, and structured updates on impact and containment • Ensure high‑quality analysis and documentation of all cases, maintaining audit‑ready evidence, clear case narratives, and consistent use of internal tools and workflows • Prepare and deliver presentations on fraud findings, trends, and risks to internal stakeholders, translating complex data and investigations into clear, actionable insights
• Steer our controls Monitoring the level 1 controls , collecting their results and supporting the managers. • Designing, planning and performing the level 2 controls , on a risk-driven approach. • Monitoring other level 2 controls performed in the company by the group DPO and the group CISO on the scope of EPI Operations BV. • Contribute to the continuous identification, assessment, and documentation of risks in the risk register (on the scope of EPI OPs) • Maintain the Key Risk Indicators (on the scope of EPI Ops) • Define and monitor risk mitigation plans (on the scope of EPI OPs). • Contribute to the risk reporting presented during the EPI Operations BV Supervisory Board. • Monitor risk appetite thresholds and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are raised • Contribute to risk and internal control awareness initiatives • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the function • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders across the 3 lines of defense, in which EPI SE Compliance Officer EPI SE Business Continuity Manager EPI SE Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
• Provide technical and product consulting, training, and advice to our members during their integration with our EPI platform • Become part of our engineering team to understand EPI’s technical platform and the wero product in-depth and to contribute to its further enhancement. • Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical insight and advice to prospective partners • Share insights and feedback from partners with the internal team to help improve our products and processes
• Play a key role in driving the successful implementation of EPI across the market • Act as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization, design a tailored implementation plan and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders till the go live • Through regular engagement with individual members and the broader ecosystem, foster collaboration, share best practices, and build momentum • Be the go-to person for aligning efforts, solving challenges, and maintaining a 360° view of progress, making you the internal champion for EPI members and a vital contributor to bringing the vision to life • Support new members through onboarding, co-design their EPI implementation plan, and set up appropriate project governance • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the plan • Act as the central liaison between the EPI member and the EPI organization, ensuring timely deployment by guiding the member's project manager • Manage all dimensions of the implementation (tech, legal, branding, marketing, product) and facilitate sessions to resolve product, rules, and technical challenges • Lead and prepare the steerco's together with the member's project manager • Track and report KPIs, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders • Contribute to the further fine-tuning of the EPI implementation approach together with your fellow implementation managers
• Own and deliver features from end to end, including frontend, backend and infrastructure • Lead the architecture and development of EPI's cloud-based microservices, focusing on scalability, performance, and business alignment • Set high code quality standards, employ best practices for maintainable code, and oversee end-to-end feature development for timely delivery and stakeholder alignment • Oversee the platform's development with strategic decisions, considering current needs and growth expectations • Drive innovation within your team to solve complex problems and improve efficiency • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like product management & design, web development, and QA to ensure smooth development and excellent products

• Define and implement EPI’s tax strategy across multiple European jurisdictions to support business growth • Ensure full compliance with corporate tax, VAT and other applicable regulations while operating in a fast-evolving fintech landscape • Partner with Finance and Legal to optimize tax structuring for new products, markets and partnerships • Anticipate and manage tax risks associated with regulatory changes and cross-border operations • Lead relationships with external tax advisors, auditors and tax authorities • Build scalable tax processes and governance frameworks aligned with company growth • Support strategic decision-making by providing clear, business-oriented tax insights • Be the point of contact for tax authorities
