Role Description We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager – Italy who will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the sales and post-sales support of Element’s AVITI system and consumables products through a network of regional distributors. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and growing the channel sales in line with the company’s objectives. - Identify, evaluate, develop and maintain negotiation with Italian distribution partners - Assist distribution sales teams to drive growth of Instrument and Consumable product lines - Analyze and implement all operational plans to drive revenue and prepare required forecasts for executive management - Coordinate innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in sales - Develop mechanisms for technical training for all distribution employees in pre and post sales - Advocate on behalf of the distributor partners and their end users across Element’s organization - Own the resolution of complex problems by connecting the right internal resources with external partners and clients - Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management - Design various strategic plan to improve sales and marketing plans in distributor markets including EMEA - Manage everyday communication with distributors and own escalation of issues and opportunities - Monitor regional competitors in specific markets and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities Qualifications - Degree in life science or biomedical engineering - advanced degree preferred - Significant sales management experience, with a strong preference for NGS Capital Sales - Excellent communicator with prior experience working with distributors and effectively engage with customers - Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently - Demonstrated organizational and time management skills - Strong relationship and networking skills and can lead through influence - Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills - Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new opportunities - A high level of business acumen, particular to the Life Science tools market - Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities - Ability to work effectively under pressure - The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals - Knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable - Fluent in English, additional regional languages are great to have - The ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally Requirements - Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds - Must be flexible in working hours as this position may require customer support during non-regular business hours Location - Remote – Italy mandatory Travel - Domestic and International travel up to 50% Job Type - Full-time Benefits - In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options, sales commission and other competitive factors in the overall total rewards package. - Please note: Base compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience. • Provide frontline technical customer support for customer inquiries and system issues via phone and email • Manage Instrument and software related customer issues with internal and external support teams to drive issue resolution • Triage general customer complaints and delineate applications vs software vs hardware issues • Partner closely with regional and global field service and field applications teams to quickly diagnose and address customer end-to-end workflow issues • Contribute to the development of instrument troubleshooting methods and tools • Respond to customer end-to-end workflow inquiries as part of pre-sales support • Utilize service CRM software to dispatch and accurately document work in a timely manner • Influence and contribute to customer success initiatives through improvements to KPIs (Complaint Rate, Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between Failure, Warranty Replacement Rate, etc.) • Identify and contribute to group continuous improvement initiatives • Intake and triage distribution partner support escalations and inquiries • Maintain changes to knowledge databases, website, and other company-managed technical information • Provide instrumentation and software feedback to R&D and product quality teams to develop continuous improvement on existing platforms and influence development of future products • Display professionalism, understanding, tact, and technical knowledge in all customer interactions • Interface with internal R&D project teams to develop tech support centric collateral for new product and product extensions

Role Description We are seeking a Tender Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating tender activities across global markets for Element instruments, consumables, and services. This position will also provide opportunities to collaborate with leaders across the organization and gain insights into commercial strategy, pricing, and market access across global markets. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales, and will be a remote role with a preference in The Netherlands.
