• Install, service, and repair testing systems including drop-weight towers, torsion systems, temperature chambers, and medical testing equipment • Calibrate equipment to applicable standards and prepare ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration reports • Troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical devices using schematic and mechanical drawings • Train customers on operation and software of machines • Coordinate with the service scheduler to execute assignments efficiently across a nationwide territory (90% or more travel)

• Conduct field installations, upgrades, and commissioning of VSAT systems (C/Ku/Ka-band), Starlink, and L-band terminals (e.g., FleetBroadband, Iridium Certus) • Perform IT systems integration including onboard LAN/WAN setup, IP networking, firewall configuration, and cybersecurity compliance checks • Provide hands-on technical support for onboard IT systems, including routers, switches, servers, Wi-Fi access points, and IoT maritime equipment • Collaborate with NOC teams and remote engineering support to diagnose and resolve connectivity and system performance issues • Complete site surveys, service reports, handover documents, and technical documentation in accordance with Global Satcoms’ standards • Ensure all safety protocols and client-specific requirements are followed during onboard interventions • Maintain communication with vessel agents, ship operators, and logistics teams to coordinate travel, tools, and spare parts for interventions • Provide customer training and onboard support during handover when necessary

• Maintain interior (and some exterior) planting schemes to a consistently high standard • Watering, pruning, trimming plants and ensuring they have the optimal light conditions • Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently across central London sites • Build strong, professional relationships with clients on-site • Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and service expectations

• Work directly with marine clients, supporting our company’s continued growth. • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on MTU engines in various marine applications. • Conduct sea trials and verify engine performance, making necessary adjustments as needed. • Maintain service records and documentation to ensure operational efficiency. • Provide guidance, assistance, and training to apprentice marine technicians. • Travel within the assigned region and occasionally outside the area, including potential international assignments.
