• Respond to client enquiries regarding products and services being quoted • Assist prospective clients with general enquiries and escalate opportunities where appropriate • Gather and document customer requirements to support successful project delivery • Monitor and manage sales-related service tickets in a timely and professional manner • Process requests from sales, account management, and renewals queues • Create and update sales opportunities and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders • Ensure service-related tickets are escalated promptly to the appropriate teams • Prepare accurate quotes within agreed service levels using approved product catalogues • Ensure pricing aligns with business requirements and quality standards • Coordinate approvals for high-value quotes where required • Review opportunities for accuracy before progressing to sales orders • Maintain product information within sales systems to ensure consistency and accuracy • Support and guide team members in the effective use of quoting tools • Assist in maintaining documentation and resolving system issues with software vendors • Contribute to evaluating and improving quoting tools and processes • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the quoting function • Assist with the preparation of professional proposals for larger projects • Coordinate information from internal stakeholders to produce accurate quotations • Support accepted proposals through to sales order completion • Maintain accurate customer and company contact information within internal systems • Record customer information and project details accurately to support downstream teams • Maintain and update sales administration documentation and procedures • Complete agreed training and professional development activities • Provide administrative support to Account Managers as required • Undertake additional duties that contribute to the success of the sales team and wider business

Job Requirements

  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or in a helpdesk role supporting multiple customers
  • Experience with sales administration processes and best practices
  • Exposure to procurement processes is advantageous, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients while adapting to different tools and processes
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with CPQ or similar quoting platforms is advantageous
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Confident in taking initiative while knowing when to seek support
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
