Scope of Work: - Develop surrounding systems for reporting and scheduled jobs. - Perform data migration from the old system (Premia) to the new system (Sentro). - Ensure integration and smooth transition between systems. - Have proven experience in both backend (Java Spring Boot or Quarkus) and frontend (React.js/Angular.js) technologies. - Experience with PLSQL or TSQL is important for data migration and integration tasks. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential due to close collaboration with the tech lead. • Collaborate on impactful customer big data projects, such as creating reference architectures, developing how-to guides, and building production-ready efficient, robust and scalable tools and technologies. • Advise strategic customers on transformational big data initiatives, including third-party migrations and the complete design, build, and deployment of cutting-edge big data and AI applications. • Provide expertise in architecture and design, and support key customer projects to ensure successful adoption and integration of Databricks solutions. • Partner with Engineering and Customer Support teams to deliver feedback, resolve engagement-specific issues, and drive continuous product improvements. • Simultaneously manage and guide multiple diverse projects, ensuring adherence to well-architected principles and quality standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and building strong customer trust.

• Spend a significant amount of your time writing high-quality backend code, taking on the most complex technical challenges yourself. • Guide the technical direction of your team using Scala and Python for robust backend data systems, and TypeScript for full-stack feature delivery. • Actively use and advocate for AI coding agents (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools) within your daily workflow and teach your team how to use them efficiently to ship code faster. • Connect deeply with the product vision. You don't just build specs blindly; you understand the goals and optimize your technical choices to deliver the best product value. • Own the entire lifecycle of your team's features, ensuring they are designed for multi-tenant cloud scalability and successfully deployed to production. • Coach and unblock your 3-4 engineers through pair programming, deep code reviews, and technical guidance, raising the bar for the entire team. • Focus relentlessly on hitting team milestones, proactively removing blockers, and keeping team performance sharp. • Partner closely with Product Managers to refine features, challenge assumptions when necessary, and turn ambitious ideas into realistic technical tasks. • Take pride in what you ship. Ensure your team’s features run smoothly, securely, and efficiently in the cloud, helping to quickly fix issues if they arise.

• Central technical point of contact for demanding customers in high-tech future industries. • Evaluate new and complex customer requests for technical feasibility and economic viability. • Provide technical support from the concept and design phase through to production readiness. • Develop technically and economically optimal manufacturing strategies, including make-or-buy decisions. • Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development. • Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies. • Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decisions.
