• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems • Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation • Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision • Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time • Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites • Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of In Row Heat Exchanger projects for data centers. • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones. • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. • Oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of equipment, coordinating with contractors and engineering teams. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and data center operational protocols. • Conduct regular project status meetings with all involved parties to provide updates and resolve issues. • Manage post-installation support, including commissioning, testing, performance verification, and preventative maintenance.
• Develop and execute the business plan for your region, aligned with the directives from senior management, with a focus on OEMs, system integrators (SI), end users, industry verticals and distribution sales channels • Plan and conduct technical and commercial visits to support the current customer base and to prospect new customers • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers, including end users, OEMs and system integrators • Evaluate distributor and representative performance, proposing actions to increase efficiency and productivity • Use the CRM to manage opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and monitor the pipeline through to closing • Lead negotiations based on technical differentiators and ensure the best solutions for customers • Maintain close relationships with strategic customers, engaging at different organizational levels • Support contract review and the formalization of commercial agreements • Monitor the market, identifying trends, competitors and opportunities • Participate in regular meetings with commercial leadership to report results and sales forecasts • Accompany representatives on technical visits and support the development of the sales team • Be responsible for achieving the commercial targets established for the region • Deliver technical presentations and lectures to customers and related organizations
• Define and execute solution strategies aligned to Delta’s Telecom and Data Center Infrastructure growth objectives, supporting evolving AI-driven and next-generation network environments • Develop and maintain product and solutions roadmaps supporting AI-RAN, Open RAN, Edge Computing, modular data centers, cooling systems, UPS infrastructure, and critical power solutions • Monitor industry trends, operator deployment models, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support strategic investment, portfolio direction, and market expansion initiatives • Support development of end-to-end Telecom and Data Center Infrastructure solutions across cell sites, central offices, aggregation hubs, modular data centers, and critical infrastructure environments • Translate customer and operator requirements into high-availability infrastructure solutions while ensuring alignment with Telecom and Data Center standards including NEBS, ETSI, IEC, and Tier requirements • Engage directly with Tier-1 Telecom Operators including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, along with Cable Operators and strategic Data Center customers to identify market opportunities and solution requirements • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, System Engineering, and Account Management teams to support customer enablement, technical sales strategy, and development of technical collateral including solution briefs, presentations, and reference architectures • Manage solution lifecycle activities from concept and development through launch, roadmap enhancement, and portfolio optimization across Telecom and Data Center infrastructure offerings.

• The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the assigned customers' focus on UPS and the data center market, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets, ensuring the team works together synergistically to achieve the total regional goals and objectives. • Create new accounts and manage existing accounts in the data center and power backup industry and provide solutions to meet customers’ specifications and applications. • Familiar with critical power systems including UPS, PDU, STS, Busway, and/or switchgear in Data Center. • Create new and manage existing channel partners to ensure sales increase. • Familiar with CRM and sales process, report on the status of accounts and transactions. • Coordinate with the customers’ and Delta’s engineering team. • Promote products and increase revenue to meet the budget. • Provide customer assistance on applications, specifications, and quality matters. • Support market analysis on new products, new markets, and developments in the industry. • Supports the Company and product promotions at exhibitions.
