For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description The Key Account Manager drives strategic business growth with key customers across the Nordics, owning complex power supply opportunities from early identification through project award and revenue realization. - Drive business development with strategic customers across the Nordics region - Identify, develop, and manage large projects (standard and customized power supply solution opportunities) - Own complex sales cycles from early opportunity scouting to project award and revenue realization - Coordinate technical and commercial activities with internal teams, including FAE and R&D - Build and execute account and project strategies aligned with regional and EMEA objectives - Develop and maintain a robust, qualified sales funnel with clear conversion plans - Promote the Delta Power Supply portfolio and enable cross-business growth opportunities - Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with internal policies - Ensure accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and project tracking - Travel across the Nordics and internationally as required, minimum 40% Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in electronic components, preferably power supplies - Demonstrated experience managing large projects and customized solutions - Strong consultative and project-oriented sales capabilities - • Solid technical understanding and ability to engage with engineering and decision-makers - Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a remote environment - Fluent in English, Nordic language(s) are a strong advantage Additional Information As an innovative and global company, you are offered a friendly working atmosphere and a constructive working environment leaving much room for new possibilities and ideas. Qualifications: - 3 - 7 years of quota carrying, technology-based sales experience. - Proven track record of B2B solution selling with demonstrated ability to sell to all levels of management up to, and including, the C-suite. - Experience in meeting and exceeding quotas or annual sales targets of at least $2M. - Experience tracking a sales pipeline using sales automation software (Salesforce.com preferred). - CPA highly desired but not required, experience selling to the CFO's office also encouraged. - Proven ability to sell or renew enterprise software licensing and/or projects in the $50-500k range. - Ability to prospect, develop and close software opportunities. - Thorough understanding of the enterprise software needs of finance and compliance teams. - General understanding of the financial and/or regulatory disclosure process. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation, needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques. - Superior presentation skills.
