• Coordinate the technical development of our new products (ebikes, cargo bikes, e-mopeds) from scratch until they are ready for series production. • Work with suppliers to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility and resolve any technical issues during the specification and development cycles. • Develop our existing products by testing and evaluating integrated hardware components and finding alternative parts for the bikes (practical, mechanical and electrical components). • Travel to our production sites to monitor the work of the manufacturers (Europe and Asia).

Your Mission As our Recruiting & People Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our team and building strong people processes as we continue to grow. You'll join a remote-first company in the fast-growing e-mobility sector, where people are at the core of everything we do. This is a hybrid role: around 50% focused on recruiting (depending on hiring needs), and 50% on broader People & Culture topics like onboarding, contracts, and team experience. You won’t just execute processes – you’ll actively help improve and build them. • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and maintain accurate data in the CRM • Act as a point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and CRM • Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, invoices, and assets • Take ownership of requests and follow through until resolution • Escalate complex cases to internal teams and coordinate solutions • Monitor account status and identify inconsistencies or issues • Ensure CRM data is structured, accurate, and up to date

• Manage accounts receivable (AR), including customer follow-up and issuing payment reminders • Handle debt collection procedures and manage communication with collection agencies • Reconcile bank statements and process payment allocations • Maintain regular contact with customers to clarify outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies • Monitor AR aging reports and implement effective strategies to reduce outstanding receivables • Process tickets to ensure accurate payment allocation and contribute to customer satisfaction • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
