Job Description

Customer Operations Specialist

CYCLE

• Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and maintain accurate data in the CRM • Act as a point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and CRM • Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, invoices, and assets • Take ownership of requests and follow through until resolution • Escalate complex cases to internal teams and coordinate solutions • Monitor account status and identify inconsistencies or issues • Ensure CRM data is structured, accurate, and up to date

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience working directly with operations, accounts, or customer processes in mobility or fleet-based businesses
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable working with high volumes
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo)
