Job Description
Customer Operations Specialist
CYCLE
• Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and maintain accurate data in the CRM • Act as a point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and CRM • Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, invoices, and assets • Take ownership of requests and follow through until resolution • Escalate complex cases to internal teams and coordinate solutions • Monitor account status and identify inconsistencies or issues
Job Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience working directly with operations, accounts, or customer processes in mobility or fleet-based businesses
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo)
