Campaign Design Lead

• Responsible for intake and quality of all audience selection work for assigned business segment • Owns consulting on and researching "art of the possible" for assigned business segment within the audience design/list selection domain • Participates in Marketing Planning ceremonies, proactively bringing forward ideas for consideration and interfaces with the strategic Marketing Core Team for assigned business segment • Provides direction and coaching to analysts on complex, high-impact or cross-segment initiatives • Proactively recommends and drives implementation of new audience selection strategies • Reviews implementation (QA) of net-new audience logic before production go-live and may occasionally perform complex audience builds. • Supports complex issue resolution • Develops and optimizes audience selection processes, including creating documentation and training other team members • Consults with IT on enablement support as well as required technology lifecycle management needs, identifying appropriate sequencing to minimize disruption to business operations. • Develops User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, executing UAT as well as assigning duties to analysts as necessary • Leads, plans, coordinates or aligns cross-functional partners on large or complex initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience.
- 7+ years in the direct response industry with an emphasis on data analysis and campaign (audience) development across direct mail, email and digital audiences.
- Proven experience working with relational databases and demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in the following applications: MS-SQL, Unica Campaign, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Microsoft Excel
- Unica Campaign Designer or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certified (or willing to become certified within 12 months of hire)
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Azure Dev Ops preferred.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while mentoring others.
- Ability to think creatively to achieve desired results.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to work in a project-oriented, diverse team environment.
- Leadership experience in the form of leading direct reports and/or project teams preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

Role Description The Senior Product Designer role is about turning ambiguous, cross-functional product problems into designs that ship, improve measurable outcomes, and raise the quality bar for the team. You walk into a messy problem, pull in the right people, frame the real question, and drive it to a decision. You design within systems and improve them as you go. A successful Senior Product Designer: - Owns delivery of complex work with minimal risk. - Defines success metrics before build. - Partners deeply with PM and Engineering so there are no surprises at handoff. Day in the Life: - Design complex initiatives from discovery to delivery. - Translate pain into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design. - Meet with property managers, technicians, and residents to ground decisions. - Use and evolve our design system. - Communicate design intent with cross-functional stakeholders. - Facilitate design reviews that end in decisions. Qualifications - 5+ years of digital product design experience shipping responsive web applications, ideally including B2B or operational software. - Strong interaction design and visual design foundations. - Portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex problems, with thinking, tradeoffs, and outcomes. - Navigate feedback without losing design integrity. - Ship high-quality work inside sprint commitments. - Fluency with qualitative and quantitative methods for measuring user value.
