Role Description As a Surrogacy Match Expert for Gestational Carriers, you will be responsible for guiding, educating, and actively matching surrogates using our proprietary Matching Matters process. This involves successfully matching surrogates with the appropriate intended parents. Additionally, you will support the team in fostering strong relationships with surrogates and enhancing their experience as they embark on their surrogacy journey. In this role, you will collaborate with surrogates, the matching team, and operations teams to provide comprehensive education and support.
