• Support the Surrogate Business Development Team manage administrative tasks such as creating surrogate landing pages, creating business profiles, and more • Work with existing marketing campaigns to help educate participants about surrogacy and encourage them to apply • Working with the Surrogate Business Development Team to help potential super-referrers learn how to best use social media to their advantage and discuss what success can look like with the program • Bring forward ideas for the referral program on how to make it most effective and meaningful to current and former surrogates • Assist Sales Enablement with our gifting program and other projects as needed • Assist finance department with administrative tasks related to referral program

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or some college coursework
  • Enthusiasm for working with current and former surrogates
  • Self-starter who strives to maximize productivity and accuracy
  • Previous surrogate or past professional experience in healthcare, infertility, or third-party reproduction a major plus
  • Strong computer and data entry skills; Google platforms and CRM experience a requirement with Salesforce experience a major plus
  • Organized in approach to work and sets priorities appropriately
  • Proven ability to work individually while also bringing joy to a collaborative work environment
  • Finds ways to take initiative and help team members become productive
  • Being comfortable taking direction from different teams based on project work
  • Desire to continually learn and seek better ways to achieve desired results
