• Develop and deliver compelling, audience-centered messaging to core stakeholders: counselors, members, and students. • Responsible for planning, writing, and editing newsletters, announcements, and other communications that inform, engage, and inspire audiences. • Translate complex information into clear, accessible, and motivating messages tailored to diverse audiences.

• Reports to our Senior Director, Software Engineering. • Part of a team of engineers designing and developing both web-based and mobile software products for Common App. • Provides technical guidance and mentors a team of Software Developers. • Implements high quality software products that meet the needs of The Common Application community.

• The Member Services Account Manager plays a critical role in overall member satisfaction and retention. • Member Services Account Managers have the expertise to guide members from implementation through renewal and expansion. • They are responsible for building relationships to understand member priorities and positioning our products, programs, and services to deliver solutions that meet those needs. • Member Services Account Managers will monitor account health, craft member management plans leveraging best practices to drive new program and product adoptions, as well as provide technical support as needed. • Member Services Account Managers have direct experience in enrollment management at community colleges, regional public systems, or other institutions that admit the majority of their applicants.

• Provides advice to a portfolio of assigned member colleges and universities regarding how Common App can help them reach their strategic goals. • Serves as the primary contact to assigned member colleges throughout the application year. • Performs tasks such as offering best practices regarding the configuration of member-specific requirements within the application. • Shares industry trends, member-specific statistics, and other pertinent information. • Works to ensure a smooth experience for member institutions throughout the application year.

• As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Systems Senior Manager is responsible for owning the roadmap and optimization of our financial systems by improving cross-system integration and streamlining reporting. • This role ensures the infrastructure provides a scalable, high-performance foundation to support our long-term growth and potential move to a more unified ERP platform. • This role will direct the cross-functional coordination of finance, procurement, contracts, and HCM modules to ensure seamless data flow between talent management, purchasing, and core financials. • This role will support the successful selection, implementation, and execution of a more unified system architecture for Common App, including enhancements, fixes, and process improvements. • This position provides strategic leadership and manages the intake, prioritization, and resource allocation related to enhancements and system projects. • This position partners with leaders and others to provide consultation and to proactively identify opportunities to better leverage existing systems and technologies, explore new technologies and systems, and develop innovative solutions to problems to help improve quality, timeliness, efficiency, and cost. • The role will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies for unified systems to support organizational goals. This includes evaluating new technologies, improving system capabilities, and ensuring that systems evolve in line with the company’s strategic vision.

Requirements - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent certification. - Grant and/or government contracting financial modeling and reporting experience. - Experience managing ERP implementations in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations. - Background in healthcare EMR deployments or similarly complex technology programs. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Prior experience as an internal ERP program owner. - Strong analytical/modeling skills and experience executing budgeting and strategic planning processes. - Advanced knowledge of how different modules interact. - Familiarity with APIs, Middleware, and EDI. - Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively within a team. - Effective in a variety of presentation settings. - Encourages innovation and uses rigorous logic to solve problems. • The Communications Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional communications project coordination and serving as the primary liaison between the Internal Communications team and internal partners across the organization. • This role is central to the team's ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder work — including the organization's digital workplace modernization initiative — on time and with clear accountability. • Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Communications, the Communications Project Manager will support communications project management, coordinate stakeholder listening efforts, develop a smarter communications metrics framework, and support governance for our digital workplace, so that these elements work together as a cohesive, data-informed, strategic communications system.

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Common App’s internal communication and knowledge management tools. • Focus on the Atlassian Cloud platform and Google Workspace environment. • Own the configuration, optimization, governance, and adoption of enterprise-wide platforms. • Act as an evangelist for digital workplace tools; provide training resources for staff. • Ensure technologies drive productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Our Software Developer position reports to our Senior Director of Technology Strategy and is part of a team of developers designing and developing both web-based and mobile software products for Common App. • Our Developers work in a team environment to assist in software architecture design and to implement high quality software products that meet the needs of the Common App community. • This position plans, develops, modifies and tests software components using .NET technologies within an Amazon Web Service and Agile development environment to create new products and enhance existing software systems. • The developer also utilizes various tools (such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code) to deliver .NET and Angular solutions at an accelerated velocity.
