Role Description We are hiring a Corporate Program Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will drive the execution and alignment of our enterprise initiatives, orchestrating critical, cross-functional initiatives championed by our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Reporting directly to SVP, Operations & Delivery, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and business transformation, translating high-level executive vision into concrete, measurable cross-functional milestones. Unlike a traditional PMO role focused on tracking checkboxes, you will own delivery end-to-end—designing governance frameworks, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring that our global operational changes achieve long-term adoption and tangible business value. Why will you love this job? - Own a blank canvas for enterprise transformation, with full operational autonomy to design, build, and optimize Testlio’s global governance and corporate program frameworks. - Steer high-visibility initiatives that directly impact our KPIs and scale the business, establishing clear, measurable proof of your strategic value with executive stakeholders and the C-suite. Why will you love being a part of Testlio? - Great Culture: Testlio is a female-founded company, and half of our team identifies as female. We’re proud of our inclusive, purpose-driven culture where people genuinely enjoy collaborating. - Remote Work: Our culture is built around remote work, with systems to allow us to work together asynchronously as a fully remote and globally distributed team. - Growth Opportunities: We’re at an exciting scale-up stage, providing opportunities to work on challenging problems, learn from a diverse team, and have a clear path for professional development. What would your day look like? - Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures, clear escalation paths, and operational status frameworks. - Run automated enterprise tracking systems and dashboards within project portfolio management tools. - Quantify potential operational roadblocks using objective risk registers and build actionable mitigation playbooks. - Lead organizational transformation initiatives by applying systematic change management frameworks. - Manage stakeholders and drive operational alignment across competing executive priorities. - Assume direct management and development of a small team over time. Qualifications - Proven experience directing large-scale corporate programs or enterprise portfolio structures using hybrid project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall). - Advanced, practical administrative mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools (such as Monday.com). - Demonstrated ability to align operational program milestones with corporate budgetary constraints. - Proven experience partnering with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to define key operational metrics. - Have an active PMP certification or a recognized equivalent credential (e.g., PgMP). Requirements - Mastery of 'influence without authority'—the ability to gain buy-in and hold senior cross-functional leaders accountable. - Able to write comprehensive, self-contained one-page briefs and structural playbooks. - Demonstrates exceptional asynchronous leadership, proactively spotting broken processes or communication gaps. - Possesses a highly disciplined, analytical mindset focused on objective business value realization. - Thrives in a highly independent, distributed scale-up environment. What is the application process? At Testlio, we aim to hire individuals who are excited about their role, thrive in a fully remote environment, and have strong long-term potential with our team. Our interview process typically takes 3–4 weeks to complete and includes: - Application - Recruiter interview - TestGorilla assessment - Team and Stakeholder interviews - Reference checks - Offer & background check Diversity and Inclusion Testlio is an equal-opportunity employer deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and identities.
