• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity at clinical research sites through regular quality assurance reviews, site quality support, and assurance compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of study-specific regulatory binders and clinical documents to verify they are accurately completed and maintained per GCP standards. • Execute the yearly corporate audit plan, systematically tracking quality assurance audits, monitoring related activities, and preparing detailed outcome reports for management. • Partner directly with research staff and Principal Investigators (PIs) to resolve identified compliance issues, developing, tracking, and monitoring Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) plans. • Coordinate and provide hands-on operational support for on-site audits and inspections conducted by external providers, sponsors, and regulatory agencies. • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Quality Department by maintaining internal quality systems, compliance trackers, and operational programs. • Participate in the routine review, drafting, and maintenance of quality assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with evolving regulations. • Act as an internal quality resource to provide ongoing guidance and best-practice recommendations to site personnel and clinical project teams. • Be knowledgeable of evolving GxP guidelines. • Build, maintain, and improve the end-to-end test automation framework, with Playwright as the primary toolchain across UI, API, and integration layers. • Author and maintain release validation documentation, in support of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance. • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing techniques, such as LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure triage, to extend coverage and reduce toil. • Integrate and maintain quality gates across CI/CD pipelines, balancing speed with the rigor required for a regulated environment. • Partner with engineers during active development to shift quality left — writing tests alongside features and surfacing risk early. • Contribute to QA process improvements and share knowledge with teammates; you're a resource others lean on without being responsible for managing them.

• Care Access Research is currently looking to hire a full time, remote, Source Document Specialist. • The Source Document Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling accurate versions of source documents (eSource or paper) for each clinical trial to substantiate trial activities. • All source documents will follow GCP Guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance in addition to Care Access Research internal SOP. • Initial creation of e-Source with use of all available protocol specific documents to design source documents that are accurate and complete and to ensure that the source document is equipped to record all the required data for a clinical trial. • Create paper source templates, worksheets, supplemental source for visits based on detailed review of protocol-defined exams, tests, evaluations, and assessments. • Review draft source and ensure it is accurate and complete and to ensure that the source document is equipped to record all the required data for the trial. • Coordinate initial source review and update process. • Maintain version control of all source documents. • Update current source as needed per protocol amendments. • File, maintain, distribute, organize, and archive source for each clinical trial. • Manage daily communication with Site staff and other internal departments.

• The Payroll Analyst supports payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing across the organization. • This role is responsible for managing the hourly employee payroll population across multiple entities in a multi-state environment. • Serving as backup support for the exempt payroll population as needed. • Partners closely with the Payroll Manager, People Team, Finance, and external providers to deliver a seamless payroll experience while maintaining strong attention to compliance and detail. • Lead the end-to-end payroll processing for the hourly employee population across two U.S. entities. • Validate timecards, overtime calculations, and applicable wage/hour rules. • Ensure accurate processing of wages, bonuses, adjustments, and benefit deductions. • Review payroll reports and perform detailed audits to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to finalization. • Supports payroll processing for exempt employees as backup coverage when needed. • Assist with payroll reconciliations and support year-end activities (e.g., W-2 review and validation).

• Reporting to the Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, the Clinical Vendor Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in identification, sourcing, qualification, onboarding, negotiation, and management of vendor relationships. • Conduct market research to assess vendor capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors. • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts in collaboration with direct report, legal and finance teams. • Identify and troubleshoot vendor-related issues impacting clinical execution or study timelines. • Maintain vendor documentation and compliance records.
