• Leverage AI and automation to create highly personalized and relevant outreach campaigns to generate high-quality sales qualified leads and booked meetings. • Launch and test new outbound campaigns every week. • Master tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and more. • Smartly utilize multiple data sources, like intent data, website analytics, and more, to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decisions. • Collaborate with marketing to produce compelling copy and assets tailored to diverse buyer personas across mid-market and enterprise segments. • Outreach to potential partners and influencers in the industry to amplify our reach and impact. • Collaborate on growth strategy across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, and be a liaison between sales and marketing. • Maintain rigorous budgeting and forecasting for all outbound growth activities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Intelligent with strong analytical problem-solving skills. • Operate with complete autonomy, requiring minimal to no supervision.

• Identifying target markets, developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and setting KPIs to measure success. • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages. • Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers. • Optimizing the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups. • Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers. • Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies. • Continuously testing different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI. • Working closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.

We’re looking for an Operating Partner to co-build and run this portfolio alongside the Cache Venture Studio team.

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts • Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing • Turn platform trends into original content that fits our voice—dry, operator-focused, anti-influencer • Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results • Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next
