Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation/outbound growth, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Have a creative streak exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful outbound campaigns, especially using AI and/or other creative solutions
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Prior experience with sales-tech or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in roles focusing on growth marketing, sales development, account-based marketing, or similar top-of-funnel responsibilities.

About the role As the Growth Hacker at Booksy, you will take ownership of local marketing initiatives focused on generating high-quality B2B leads and improving performance across the full marketing funnel. This role centers on planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across key digital channels, while using data and experimentation to continuously improve results. You will work closely with teams across marketing, ECRM, growth, and product, helping connect campaign execution with product understanding and broader business goals. This is an opportunity to play an important role in strengthening Booksy’s provider acquisition efforts through analytical thinking, channel expertise, and a test-and-learn approach.
