• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts • Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts • Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing • Turn platform trends into original content that fits our voice—dry, operator-focused, anti-influencer • Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results • Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or startups, with a portfolio that proves growth
  • Strong video and photo editing skills (Adobe CS, Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
  • Exceptional writing, clear, sharp, and persuasive
  • Someone who understands LinkedIn and X algorithm dynamics, not just posting schedules
  • Comfort working across multiple brands and adapting tone accordingly
  • Self-directed and organized, you won't be micromanaged
  • Nice to have:**
  • Experience with founder-led or personal brand content
  • Familiarity with SaaS, email marketing, or B2B lead generation
  • On-camera presence for short-form video
