• Conduct cutting-edge security assessments of large language models, AI agents, and AI-powered applications. • Help clients stay ahead of emerging AI threats.

• Support the creation, review, and maintenance of sales quotes • Support the onboarding of delivery consultants into select Client Vendor Management Systems “VMS systems” • Build and maintain resource forecasts for the RMO • Support the bidding and operational coordination of opportunities within a large client program and environment • Monitor and maintain operational data integrity across systems and tools, while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to improve operational scalability • Support resource scheduling and staffing coordination activities as needed • Assist with identification and documentation of processes, process improvements, procedures, and operational playbooks, including evaluating automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase scalability • Support special projects and other operational tasks as assigned • Escalate operational issues appropriately and ensure leadership visibility for manager-level or higher concerns • Provide timely responses and follow-through on operational requests, escalations, and cross-functional communications in a remote work environment

• Own the day-to-day build and launch of outbound email campaigns • Build and schedule email campaigns in our marketing automation platform • Manage segmentation, list uploads, and targeting criteria • Coordinate campaign timelines and approvals • QA emails and landing pages before launch • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting • Serve as the operational backbone for Channel and Alliances marketing programs • Coordinate joint campaigns with strategic partners • Track partner campaign timelines and deliverables • Support partner event promotion and co-marketing initiatives • Maintain campaign calendars and partner communication workflows • Help track partner marketing performance and engagement • Provide hands-on project support across the broader marketing team • Assist with campaign coordination and project management • Support content launches, webinar promotions, and event marketing • Help manage marketing project timelines and deliverables • Maintain documentation and process workflows • Support internal reporting and operational tasks

• Bishop Fox is looking for experienced contract penetration testers with a primary focus in web application security and strong secondary expertise in cloud, mobile, source code, network, or AI/LLM security. • You’ll work on a range of projects, from short-term assessments to longer-term program engagements with well-established clients. • In this role, you’ll identify vulnerabilities, validate risk, develop creative solutions, and clearly communicate findings and remediation guidance to both technical and executive stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients understand risk and make informed security decisions.

• Ensure that customers realize value from Bishop Fox services at each touchpoint of the customer experience. Initial objectives include: • Oversee delivery of Bishop Fox products and services to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and Service Level Objectives • Delivering medium (100-500 hours) to large (500 hours and larger) projects on time, within scope, and under budget • Executing project plans, proactively identifying and managing risks, resolving/ escalating issues, and driving projects to successful completion • Building relationships with clients as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), ad hoc feedback, and successive contracts. • Provide customer insights based on customer engagement results, YoY trending, industry comparison, and security best practices, and provide this information to both customers and to account planning teams for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. • Creating and managing weekly internal and client-facing status reports on each engagement • Participate in both internal and client-facing service and account reviews, guiding and representing customer value objectives. • Drive and participate in go-to-green planning on customer accounts across Bishop Fox delivery, product, and Sales teams. • Design strategic account support through proactively maintaining high-level technical and operational expertise and understanding of industry trends and customer requirements. • Contribute to improvements of products and/or services by providing feedback to internal teams as well as customer-facing responses to repeat questions. • Manage and drive customer satisfaction to meet Bishop Fox's objectives. • Identifying client concerns and conducting effective root cause analysis and corrective action plans • Mature the customer success function in line with the strategic roadmap of the program, including the following initial objectives: • Drive the process for renewals on select repeat program work. • Report internally on customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS scores and feedback.
