• Participate in the Margin team’s full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test planning to execution, defect tracking, product delivery, and maintenance, with a strong focus on Java / Rust-based trading and risk systems. • Work closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams to provide insights and feedback on system design, testing strategies, and implementation for margin trading products and risk control features. • Set up and manage testing environments, developing detailed and well-structured test plans and cases for complex trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency systems. • Perform extensive testing including black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing across web, mobile, backend, and distributed systems. • Stay up to date with the latest Java / Rust technologies and testing methodologies, continuously improving automation frameworks, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.

Role Description As a Senior Test Engineer (Senior Associate) in Kainos, you’ll work within a multi-skilled agile team, developing and executing functional automated and manual tests to help the team deliver working application software that meets user needs. You’ll do this whilst learning about new technologies and approaches, with talented colleagues who will help you learn, develop and grow. Qualifications - Proven ability to learn a new business domain or architecture quickly and provide an excellent client experience. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical detail to non-technical audiences. - Able to create, edit and manage the execution of automated tests covering both front and back-end, created in a coding language/tool (one of the following: Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured). - Demonstrable experience of using cloud architecture & being part of an Agile (Kanban, Scrum etc) team. - Experience working in Continuous Integration environment and using tools such as Jenkins and/or TeamCity. - Experience with version control systems such as Git/SVN. - Experience of the fundamental concepts of Testing and Quality Assurance and demonstrable experience of improving the testing process. - Knowledge or experience of at least one type of Non-functional testing. Role Description Manage the vender set-up process, including initial vendor approval and routine re-evaluation. Serve as a subject matter expert in Medline’s vendor evaluation process. Will also be responsible for coordination of third-party laboratory testing. Responsibilities - Review, approve, and upload documentation for initial approval of new Medline vendors. - Review, approve, and upload documentation for re-evaluation of Medline vendors. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Medline’s vendor evaluation program. - Maintain Medline’s supplier audit schedule, by adding audit requests to the audit schedule and working with the audit team to ensure audits are completed according to schedule. - Analyze and compile reports on a routine basis related to Supplier Quality. - Prepare reports on assessment activities, findings, and outcomes. - Coordinate third party testing between product divisions and third-party testing laboratories, including negotiating pricing, service level agreements and determining the appropriate product testing to be performed. - Monitor supplier performance and support efforts to develop and implement changes for process improvement. Qualifications - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical related field. - Time management skills to prioritize, organize, and track details in order to meet deadlines of multiple projects. - Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Position requires up to 25% travel. Preferred skills - Knowledge of FDA requirements and experience with FDA. - Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements. - Experience with supplier approvals, evaluations, re-evaluations, and monitoring. Salary Information The anticipated salary range for this position: $79,000.00 - $119,000.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
