Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Lead - Performance: - Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycles for complex enterprise applications. - Bridge communication between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and delivery timelines. - Conduct client-side performance analysis using browser-based tools and AppInsights. - Present NFR results and performance risks to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. - Manage task alignment and coordination of testing activities across global teams. • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for CAD / PLM web applications • Validate functionality across frontend UI, backend services, APIs, and data layers • Test complex workflows typical of CAD / PLM domains (configuration, data integrity, performance, integration points) • Contribute to and extend test automation frameworks (UI and API level) • Collaborate closely with engineers working in TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS / Express) • Test frontend applications built with Angular and modern UI patterns • Validate backend logic using ORMs such as TypeORM, Prisma, or equivalent, and SQL databases • Support testing in cloud ‑ native and containerized environments, including Kubernetes • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests are executed as part of build and deployment processes • Perform regression, integration, exploratory, and acceptance testing • Actively participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement discussions

Role Description Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency. - Provides software testing experience (integration and acceptance). - Designs and executes IT software tests and evaluates results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. - Prepares test scripts and all required test documentation. - Designs and prepares all needed test data. - Analyzes internal security within systems. - Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to design. Qualifications - Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) - Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. - Five (5) years relevant experience. - Experience in computer software development and testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing. - Knowledge developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools. • Create and execute test cases based on product requirements, user workflows, and release goals. • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple builds, configurations, and environments. • Validate end-to-end workflows including setup/onboarding, connectivity behaviors, updates, alerts/indicators, and device functional states. • Identify, document, and track defects with strong reproduction steps, logs, and environment details. • Partner with developers to isolate root cause signals (logs, configuration, steps to reproduce). • Verify fixes and prevent regressions through targeted retest and added coverage. • Maintain clear test evidence and traceability (requirements → tests → results). • Contribute to release readiness reporting (what’s tested, what’s not, known risks, and gaps). • Assist in building or maintaining test scripts and lightweight automation (primarily Python-based). • Help improve test repeatability through tooling, checklists, fixtures, and structured procedures. • Support test bench setup and maintenance for reliable, repeatable validation. • Capture logs and diagnostics to support issue reproduction and verification.
