Regional Sales Manager

Role Description The Regional Sales Manager will sit within the Beacon Dx commercial organization and will be responsible for driving adoption of Beacon HST across the Southeast. This role reports directly to the National Vice President of Clinical Sales and does not initially manage direct reports. The role owns a high-priority territory that includes West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Preferred candidate locations include Georgia or Florida, with preference for major metro access to support field travel and customer engagement. Beacon Dx is building the next generation of home-based diagnostics by combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals into a unified platform. This is not a transactional device role. Success requires the ability to sell into complex clinical environments, influence diagnostic pathways, and establish Beacon as a standard of care alternative to legacy HST solutions. The right candidate will convert clinical credibility into commercial scale by: - Opening new accounts - Expanding strategic accounts - Displacing incumbent solutions - Partnering cross-functionally to ensure utilization after the sale What success looks like: - Own full Southeast territory performance, including pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy. - Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site clinical organizations. - Lead with clinical differentiation by translating EEG-based diagnostics, workflow advantages, and data quality into clear value propositions for physicians, administrators, and technical stakeholders. - Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho, including timely follow-up, clean opportunity staging, accurate close dates, and reliable revenue forecasting. - Develop relationships with sleep physicians, pulmonologists, neurologists, technical directors, administrators, and executive decision-makers across complex buying committees. - Execute high-impact product demonstrations and support clinical validation of Beacon HST in real-world customer environments. - Attend regional and national conferences to generate leads, strengthen relationships, identify KOLs, and support market education. - Partner with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics to support onboarding, utilization, retention, and reorder consistency. - Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA standards. - Demonstrate consistent quota attainment, competitive displacement, multi-site account growth, and regional KOL development. Qualifications - 7 or more years of medical device or healthcare sales experience. - 4 or more years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or a closely related clinical market. - Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based territory role. - Demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles. - Strong clinical curiosity and the ability to explain diagnostic differentiation without overcomplicating the message. - Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presence, and presentation skills. - Ability to operate independently, prioritize the right accounts, manage competing demands, and build structure in an underdeveloped territory. - Proficiency with CRM systems, with Zoho experience preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region. - Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced business, clinical, or healthcare-related education preferred. - High ownership, strong field discipline, coachability, intellectual honesty, and comfort operating in a competitive growth-stage environment. • Participate in and lead the entire biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices including specifications and requirements gathering, data curation and labeling, development, failure-analysis, production, maintenance, and documentation. • Select, implement, and develop the most appropriate method for each problem, knowing when to apply deep learning techniques and when other methods are more effective. • Enhance our internal deep learning and machine learning tools to boost team efficiency, introduce new model architectures and algorithmic techniques, and refine the codebase to encourage reusability where needed to enable rapid experimentation. • Spread and improve our best practices to ensure algorithm implementations are user-friendly, well-documented, and thoroughly tested, including unit tests, comprehensive documentation, CI, and non-regression testing. • Present results to key stakeholders and assist them in utilizing algorithms for client engagement. • Support the client-facing projects to understand and shape the impact Beacon algorithms have for our customers, both for existing deployed algorithms, and future algorithm development.
Software Engineer III

Quality Engineer, QMS

Role Description This Quality Engineering role reports to the VP of Quality and is responsible for maintaining and improving compliance of the Quality Management System used at Beacon Biosignals worldwide. The position will be located in the US, preferably in or near a Beacon hub (Boston or New York). What success looks like: - Support of a 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 compliant quality management system (QMS) including drafting, revising, reviewing and approving procedures. - Work with internal stakeholders on the qualification and approval of suppliers. - Work with suppliers to address changes, nonconformances, and implement corrective actions, as necessary. - Perform supplier qualification activities, including evaluations and audits. - Maintain QMS processes in compliance as assigned by QA leadership including but not limited to nonconformity management, CAPA management, deviation management, employee training. - Maintain CAPAs and Corrections in compliance with respect to due dates, ensuring tasks are completed on time and items are recorded appropriately by responsible personnel. - Ensure company is compliant with training completion and on time training completion by following up with personnel who are not compliant. - Ensure deviations are opened and closed in a timely manner and documentation is compliant. - Improve processes for compliance, implementing the least burdensome approach. - Manage scheduling, coordination, and meetings for audits with external parties and internal Subject Matter Experts. - Manage audit results/reports, and any actions that arise from audits. - Manage all tasks related to customer and external audits. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific/technical field such as Biomedical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or equivalent. - 5 years experience in a regulated industry. - 5+ years quality management experience in a regulated environment following ISO 13485:2016 and 21CFR Part 820. - Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS). - Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Software Quality Engineer desired, but not required. - Experience auditing and being audited. - Proven ability to work autonomously with hands-on problem solving expertise and strong analytical skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for managing projects and guiding decisions across multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt effectively to changing circumstances. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on risk. - Strong team player, as this position interacts with every Beaconeer.
