• Act as the primary point of contact for the program and aligns Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, Services Management and the customer for the program, including across countries. • Drive customer to realize value from Digital Enterprise Solutions and guide the customer through required value realization plan changes. • Together with Engagement Management, identify and create additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing program. • Plan the program according to the value realization plan and initiate the required projects to achieve the program vision.

• Support the successful onboarding and technical enablement of large, complex healthcare organizations into Aledade's technology ecosystem. • Ensure that complex EHR workflows and integration strategies are implemented effectively and on schedule. • Coordinate and execute implementation workstreams across a portfolio of concurrent enterprise accounts. • Bring strong organizational skills, healthcare technology knowledge, and a collaborative approach to navigate complex environments.

This role will orchestrate technology delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, driving alignment, coordination, and progress toward shared objectives, with a focus on transforming consumer experiences and modernizing contact center capabilities to reduce overall operating expense. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within large, matrixed organizations. - 8+ years of experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. - 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional dependencies across business and technology teams. - Experience working across multiple technology organizations within a large enterprise. - Solid understanding of technology delivery (e.g., SDLC, architecture dependencies, integration considerations). - Proficiency with program management tools and practices.
