• Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for one or more DeFi products, balancing user experience with protocol economics. • Design and refine tokenomics and incentive mechanisms — yield models, reward distribution, fee accrual, referral systems, and season/budget structures. • Drive DeFi integrations and partnerships: DEX/AMM listings, lending market collateral use cases, restaking integrations, liquidity routing, and LP incentives. • Own liquidity and treasury considerations — peg stability, liquidity depth across venues, mint/redeem arbitrage, and treasury operations. • Partner with legal & compliance on token classification, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, jurisdictional restrictions, and securities exposure. • Work closely with security and audit teams on smart contract risk, vault mechanics, custody, incident response, and anti-abuse safeguards. • Drive growth: TVL and volume expansion, user/creator/staker acquisition, CEX listings, and go-to-market with ecosystem and BD partners. • Support governance processes — parameter control, DAO/multisig operations, and upgrade workflows.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for first-party DeFi products across DeepBook, DeepBook Predict, and the DeepBook app. • Manage and grow product lines from early product discovery through launch, iteration, and scaled adoption. • Define, track, and operationalize core product metrics, including liquidity depth, routed volume, active users, conversion, retention, capital efficiency, and institutional usage. • Work closely with engineering and design to translate user, partner, and market needs into clear requirements and high-quality product experiences. • Partner with business development, ecosystem, marketing, legal, and external teams to bring products to market responsibly and effectively. • Build trusted relationships with DeFi protocols, market makers, wallets, aggregators, liquidity providers, institutional users, and other ecosystem participants. • Identify product opportunities that make Sui easier and more compelling to use for financial applications. • Help convert users and partners into active on-chain behavior, not just interest or pipeline. • Develop product narratives, launch plans, and feedback loops that connect product usage to business outcomes.

Role Description We are looking for a Senior DeFi Business Development lead to own Re7's partnership pipeline across our full DeFi product suite — vault deployments, ecosystem chain partnerships, and distribution of Re7's tokenised funds. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to close — identifying chains and protocols that can benefit from Re7's liquidity, risk management, and vault infrastructure, and converting them into live partnerships — covering tier-1 allocators on one end and crypto-native distribution partners on the other. Your track record speaks for itself: you are crypto-native, have existing relationships across DeFi, and have structured and closed deals through your own network. You bring the hunger, discipline, and tenacity to drive Re7's growth. Responsibilities - Build and manage a strong pipeline of institutional investors and family offices, with a focus on tier-1 allocators. - Source and develop relationships with L1 foundations, DeFi/crypto/fintech distribution partners, custodians, exchanges, and crypto wallets. - Define, lead, and execute Re7's end-to-end business development strategy across both TradFi and crypto-native channels. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the broader sales and BD team. - Represent Re7 at industry events through networking, speaking, and relationship building. - Drive brand awareness and reputation via promotional events, content, and thought leadership. - Ensure all client-facing materials showcase Re7 to the highest standard. - Maintain a feedback loop between market intelligence and the product team to ensure Re7’s offering reflects the latest market demand. Qualifications - 5+ years of crypto or financial services sales experience, with meaningful seniority and a leadership track record. - Proven ability to raise capital and close deals with institutional investors, family offices, or equivalent allocators — with results attributable to your own relationships and personal brand. - Experience working with or selling into crypto-native clients (exchanges, custodians, L1 foundations, fintech) is essential. - Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and sustain a network of long-term, high-value relationships. - Self-starter who can operate autonomously, move fast, and thrive in a high-octane environment. - Strong work ethic, results-focused, with full ownership and accountability for outcomes. How to Apply Apply with your CV, a response to the challenge below, and list two people with a direct connection to our CEO that can provide a reference. The Challenge Review the vaults currently run by Re7 and select the one you believe is the strongest. Prepare a pitch deck focused on that product, tailored to a distribution partner you consider the best fit. Clearly explain your choice of both the vault and the partner, including why this specific product–distribution pairing makes commercial sense. Benefits - Fully Remote with the autonomy to build and grow the business. - Dynamic, collaborative team environment. - Significant opportunity for professional growth in a rapidly evolving industry. - Competitive compensation package.
