• Lead process understanding (Blueprinting / Fit-to-Standard), solution design and configuration (customizing) in the SD module. • Actively participate in projects transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, assessing impacts, table simplifications and new functionalities. • Handle high-complexity support tickets (Level 3), identify root causes, apply permanent fixes and propose improvements in the production environment. • Ensure correct data flow and integrations of the SD module with other areas (MM, FI, CO, PP, WM/LES) and legacy systems (via RFC, IDoc, APIs). • Configure and maintain complex Brazilian tax rules (tax determination via CBT/BRF+, electronic invoices - NF-e). • Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development team (ABAP/Fiori) and validate delivered code. • Validate scenarios in test environments (QAS), build integrated test plans and train key users (Key Users).
