Junior Account Executive

• Pesquisar o mercado, identificar contas-alvo e realizar prospecção ativa (ligações, e-mails e LinkedIn) para gerar reuniões qualificadas. • Participar das reuniões iniciais com potenciais clientes para compreender seus desafios de negócio e identificar como as soluções da empresa (ERP, CRM, EPM etc.) podem atendê-los. • Apoiar e, progressivamente, liderar o processo comercial desde a qualificação de oportunidades, coordenação de demonstrações com a equipe de pré-vendas até o acompanhamento de propostas de serviços de implementação. • Construir e manter relações de confiança com tomadores de decisão, como gerentes das áreas Financeira, Tecnologia da Informação, Operações e Comercial. • Manter o pipeline de vendas da empresa atualizado para garantir visibilidade do funil comercial e projeções precisas de fechamento de negócios.

Job Requirements

  • Profissionais formados ou estudantes em fase avançada dos cursos de Engenharia Comercial, Engenharia Industrial, Administração de Empresas, Engenharia de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas, com interesse genuíno por negócios e tecnologia.
  • Mínimo de 1 a 2 anos de experiência em áreas comerciais, preferencialmente com vendas B2B, comercialização de software (SaaS), produtos intangíveis ou serviços de tecnologia.
  • Familiaridade ou conhecimentos conceituais sobre sistemas de gestão empresarial, preferencialmente do ecossistema SAP ou de concorrentes como Oracle e Microsoft.
  • Conhecimento básico de processos de negócio relacionados a Finanças/EPM, Vendas/CRM, Operações/ERP e automação de processos (Gestão Documental).
  • Capacidade de ouvir antes de oferecer soluções, com foco na resolução de problemas e não apenas na venda de licenças ou horas de consultoria.
  • Capacidade de lidar com frustrações e persistência na prospecção de clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para se apresentar e interagir com executivos e tomadores de decisão.
